This was the first time for me using Forward2Me and at first I was doubtful but the whole process was fast and easy. The best part is when they receive my package from the store I purchase it from forward2me does not waste time I receive an email to pay shipping invoice and on the same day they shipped my package out to me. All I can say is WOW I am very impressed. Keep up the great service you provide.Thank you

Fast service albeit expensive - to have a pair of dungarees mailed, weighing less than 1lb., cost roughly $30 USD. I don't think I'm going to make shopping with forward2me a regular habit.

Everything worked fine except for the limiting options for forwarding. Some stuff would be so much cheaper to send with other options than couriers. Now one limits using this service only for urgent things.

Mistakes on what was forwarded, still waiting for delivery.

Thank you for leaving feedback with us. We have investigated this and it seems we had two issues:<br/>1) There was confusion about what had arrived at our warehouse and what was already in transit to you.<br/>2) DHL have an issue with PO Boxes.<br/><br/>The first issue is in no small part the result of manual email interaction where we were less than clear about what had arrived and what had shipped – this is our issue. We will be addressing this in the very near future with a software update. This update will show you a list of everything that you have received at our warehouse and then you will be able to decide when and what you wish to ship. There should be no need for any manual email interaction unless you need clarification or assistance.<br/><br/>The second issue really relates to DHL- they don't deliver to PO Boxes except in special circumstances. To help with this situation we are also releasing an update to our list of supported couriers. At the time you select the packages you wish to ship you will also be able to select from a list of couriers - DPD, TNT, UPS and DHL. This means if you know DHL have issues you can select another courier. To help you make this decision we will also be showing feedback for the courier service split out by country. If DHL or another courier do a consistently bad job of deliveries to Greece you will be able to easily see this in their feedback score and select another courier without having to experience the pain of something going wrong first.<br/><br/>We're investigating with DHL where your last package is and will put this right as soon as possible. Why would DHL have a problem with P.O. BOX , I gave two addresses and the one in Ithaca they know who we are. They are just a old man and a old lady with and have no way to really deliver across the island. They call and we go to town to get it. There is no home delivery with DHL out side of city limits. It took over a month for delivery and is very exspensive for the service. The shipping to forwardme and from forwardme to greece ended up costing twice the value of the items. Really not a good deal. I have done cheaper with U.S. delivery from California in half the time and half the money. And you don't have vat tax from them. Can't complete, do run the race.

Your man in the home office handled things well, but delivery addresses were changed incorrectly, I found it difficult to follow things right from the start, like were you shipping to me and how could I enter the right addres to who I was shipping to and then near the end the e-mail had it going to Sunnyvale TX!!!

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and apologise for your problems - we don't like it when any customer is less than happy. Right now our system has limitations in that it is only possible to have a single shipping address per account. If the address is changed at the time of shipment it can cause us difficulties.<br/><br/>We are working on a more sophisticated address system similar to amazon where we have a concept of multiple approved addresses. Forward2me did a superb job with handling the project I gave them, which entailed receiving merchandise from two different vendors and repacking the items for mailing to the United States. Service was prompt, packing was excellent, fees were low, and communication was first-rate throughout the process. I look forward to using Forward2me again soon.

The service is very good - thank you. I do find the postage quite expensive, but I do not have an idea of British postage so I cannot judge on that. Thank you for making it possible to receive these goods which would have not been possible otherwise.

Extremely impressed with the service - I ordered items from a private person in the UK who only wanted to post within the UK, I got the address from Forward2Me, the items were sent late Friday using UK recorded post (i.e. signed upon delivery by Forward2Me), the package arrived at Forward2Me on Monday, got an email and paid it 30 minutes afterwards, and the package was picked up by DHL a few hours later. DHL also impressed this time and I had the package on my hands on Tuesday evening in Finland. The cost of £30 for a small-medium package was well worth it for me. Also my two questions beforehand were answered very promptly and satisfactorily.
The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to leave this feedback! You have to wait a week or two before you get an email asking for it, 15 days for me.

Used service on two occassions after being recommended it by my partner. Excellent service, turnaround times and prompt communication. Shipping prices can be a tad expensive although this is expected as they use premium shipping services which ensures your package is delivered the next day which is outstanding considering I live overseas from the UK! Will definitely continue to utilise the service moving forward!
