only 2 day DHL service as the least expensive.23bps was way more than item was worth.need to list more economical freight choices.

Thanks you for the feedback - we do appreciate it. We try and provide a range of shipping options but the best price does depend upon the country and specific address. When the company first started we only offered DHL as a shipping option and so we tend to have very good pricing owing to the historic volume. If you are aware of other couriers you feel are more cost effective, please do let us know and we will investigate adding them as an option.<br/><br/>Kind regards,<br/>Lee.

service fills the gap when merchants are reluctant to post overseas.it has been a great help as there are many afraid to take the leap for some reason.been fast & smooth thus far but could use more variation in shipping quotes as not everyone desires a 2 day DHL service but would prefer to save some$$$ instead.thanks forward2me.

They continue to provide the same high level of service. The recent improvements to the website allowing you to combine shipments etc are wlecome.
Previously this could only be done via sending them a message and although they dealt promptly and politely with such requests the website method is better - especially if it means their friendly customer service representatives subsequently have more time to deal with more obscure queries.
I've seen a few people mention the cost of the forwarding. Having ordered many things from different countries then my experience is that the costs are normal for expedited courier international shipping I.e. blame DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.
Finally I would reiterate that I have no affiliation with Forward2Me - if their standards drop I will certainly let them/feefo know, but for now it's 82 shipments forwarded seamlessly.

I like it very much that despite all the IT techniques it is still possible to write a question and receive a short-term answer from a person who had cared for the matter. Furthermore, the larger choice of transportation companies is an improvement.

I am please with the new system, even though is not as personal as the previous one. Since all my parcels come from eBay and most of them don't have a tracing# and send the parcel as an unknown sender, maybe one day it will be possible every time a parcel notification sent it also have a menu to ask about parcel picture. Over all I am still very please with their services after more than 30 shipment. Thank you so much for your service. It make me possible to shop in UK, I highly appreciate it.

Forward2me shipped my items the same day that they received them, and they arrived to me in the US in 2 business days. I received updates the whole time with clear tracking info. This was my first time using a forwarding service and I'm absolutely thrilled with how smoothly it went. I will absolutely use forward2me again. A+++

They will not forward e-cigarette parts that do not contain tobacco (or nicotine) at all and, therefore, are not subject to tobacco export restrictions. I do not believe the owner is interested in loosing business, so this can only be caused by untrained and opinionated staff.

First of all I would like to apologise for things not turning out as well as they might. The shipment of e-cigarettes is a complex and evolving area and we are very much at the mercy of what the couriers will ship. Recently DHL put a ban on shipping e-cigarettes (about the middle of the list):<br/>http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/shipping/shipping_advice/prohibited_commodities.html<br/><br/>We really tried to look at other couriers but the fact that they contain lithium batteries means they need to be shipped as dangerous goods. Also the chemical used is often hazardous and then tobacco or tobacco derivatives are prohibited by many couriers. This makes it very difficult even though we are certified to ship dangerous goods.<br/><br/>There is a link here to the ICAO which may provide some context as to why the area is complex and evolving.<br/>http://www.icao.int/Newsroom/Pages/ICAO-Confirms-New-E-Cigarette-Restrictions.aspx<br/><br/>Once again, we apologise we couldn’t ship the goods on this occasion and we hope you were able to receive a full refund from the retailer when we returned your goods for you.
