Could not complain about their service, it was quick and easy. Just the price of freighting the parcel to me in Australia was the real shock. 42 pound or nearly $95 Australian dollars means I would have to really think hard about weather it was worth doing it again.

Purchased some goods on eBay, where delivery to Norway was not possible. I then used the address supplied by Forward2me. The service worked seamlessly, and I received the goods 3-4 business days after I specified type of delivery at the Forward2me web page.

Last information of name and address for shipping was neglected these cause big problem for sender / receiver. I have to work too hard for me to get my packages back.
All address and contact information is entered by the customer when they first set up the account. The system will capture when information is missing and on those occasions the customer will be contacted and the missing information requested. On this occasion changes in details where required after the shipment had been dispatched making it more difficult to amend the details with the courier and in turn this created delays. We will always work with the customer when difficulties are experienced during shipping and I know we tried our best on this occasion to resolve the matter as soon possible.

Been using forward2me service for awhile and I can say that I'm satisfy, hopefully in the future they can include parcelforce and royalmail as an option in forwarding parcel as it is a more economic option.
