Last information of name and address for shipping was neglected these cause big problem for sender / receiver. I have to work too hard for me to get my packages back.
All address and contact information is entered by the customer when they first set up the account. The system will capture when information is missing and on those occasions the customer will be contacted and the missing information requested. On this occasion changes in details where required after the shipment had been dispatched making it more difficult to amend the details with the courier and in turn this created delays. We will always work with the customer when difficulties are experienced during shipping and I know we tried our best on this occasion to resolve the matter as soon possible.

Although forward2me has a superior customer service compared with bigger companies, I was told by an assistant that my parcel would arrive in 2 business days. It took a all week.

Forward2me has constantly reviewing their service and I can see during the past years that they attempted to provide services which best fit different requirement from different customers. A few months ago they provided me choices between fast but expensive DHL and cheaper but a bit slower delivery by other courier company. This is very useful for my case as I don't need the stuff very urgent but I can still buy my favourite things from any UK store and then ship in a reasonable postage. However I cannot see this inexpensive option in my recent shipment. Instead, Forward2me provided me consolidation service which finally trim down about 50% of my shipment cost. I received my parcel in just one day by DHL. I will continue to use Forward2me but it would be much better if there are more economic shipment choices.

Forward2Me is an amazing service. I recently purchased a pair of Jordan's from Foot Locker and Forward2Me took care of everything else.
