This is the first time I have used this service, and found it very easy and intuitive to use. Only problem that I encountered was a 20% discrepancy in the priced forwarding quote, and the actual forwarding price, and the excessive charge for insurance (about 50% of the freight fee). The 20% discrepancy was apparently due to the Carrier (DHL) classifying my address as "Remote". It is not remote, but could be classed as a regional suburban. The excessive charge for insurance indicates that the freight company (DHL) are rough in their handling and/or frequently lose parcels resulting in a large number of claims. All of these issues are with the DHL carrier and not Forward2me who I have found to be responsive to queries and efficient in their operations. Very fast dispatch following payment of freight charges. Highly recommended.

We had a large box of groceries delivered and the packing was very bad. There were malt loves packed underneath a lot of tins and they were squashed completely flat. As i paid £8 for the packing service and the total payment being somewhat over £30 i feel that this was NOT a good service at all. I wouldn't have been happy even if i hadn't paid for the packing!
So sorry to hear some of your products have been damaged. We do put a lot of time and effort in trying to make sure we pack the shopping in such a way to avoid any damage during shipping. It may also be that the parcel has been handled upside down resulting in the tin cans crushing the goods underneath. <br/>I would like to encourage you to try the service again and if you contact our customer service team with the details of the damaged goods, we will happily replace them and send them out with your next shop.<br/>Kind regards, forward2me.

Parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I didn't get email updates when I had an action item (describe package contents, and then select carrier) - but that could be my email provider's fault, too. Once I took care of my deliverables the package was here within days! I will use this service all the time.
