Same as before, very reliable and fast service (when I say fast I refer to their processing time, not shipping time which depends on the selected shipping method). They will process your shipment in a matter of hours. Only one drawback, bit too expensive!

I recently got notification of a new storage charge because a parcel was awaiting payment. It appears I had overlooked the original email alerting me to the parcel being at the warehouse. A reminder email sooner would be appreciated, say after 7-10 days so that action could be taken quicker.

I used forward2me for the first time this month and was blown-away from the level of service they provided. The shipping was ridiculously fast (although a bit on the expensive side). I'd be willing to wait a bit longer for my parcel a pay a bit less, but regardless, this is an excellent service that I plan on using any time I need something shipped from the UK/Europe. Highly recommended!

Wow! Did you guys have superman deliver my shoes? Shipping was super quick and well packaged. forward2me has timely communication. So, here is the procedure; I ordered my shoes from an UK website, had them shipped to my UK address provided by forward2me, received an email saying my package was ready to ship, paid for the shipment, received tracking number, and my package (shoes) were delivered within a few days. The package was well taken care of from UK to here in the US. I really appreciate your great customer service. The price for shipping the package was reasonable, about what I had in mind even before receiving the final cost. Job well done, two thumbs up, five stars, and round of applause.

Many thanks for your valued feedback. We do have to know what we are shipping, which on occasion will require us to open the boxes. There really isn't anyway we can avoid that I'm afraid, we have to comply with custom regulations. With respect to the no regular mail option, we are a parcel forwarding company and forwarding mail is just not a service we are providing.
