Wow! Did you guys have superman deliver my shoes? Shipping was super quick and well packaged. forward2me has timely communication. So, here is the procedure; I ordered my shoes from an UK website, had them shipped to my UK address provided by forward2me, received an email saying my package was ready to ship, paid for the shipment, received tracking number, and my package (shoes) were delivered within a few days. The package was well taken care of from UK to here in the US. I really appreciate your great customer service. The price for shipping the package was reasonable, about what I had in mind even before receiving the final cost. Job well done, two thumbs up, five stars, and round of applause.

Many thanks for your valued feedback. We do have to know what we are shipping, which on occasion will require us to open the boxes. There really isn't anyway we can avoid that I'm afraid, we have to comply with custom regulations. With respect to the no regular mail option, we are a parcel forwarding company and forwarding mail is just not a service we are providing. My item was shipped extremely fast. I ordered a pair of boots from the UK last Saturday and they arrived here at my door in Alaska today! I ended up paying around 54 dollars for shipping. however, it was totally worth it. great, reliable service! would definitely use Forward2Me again!

Forward to me had my parcel despatched very promptly. UPS Express Saver service took 1.5 days to get from UK to Germany and then to Larnaca - brilliant! It then took 2.5 days to get 45 kms from larnaca to my house in Frenaros. Don't think I will use them again.....

All went well apart for the lack of notifications.
I didn't recieve an email when the package arrived at Forward2me. I got one when I ship it to me (payment et all), and again, I didn't recieve an email when you shipped it to me with a shipping ref.
Please, review your notifications system. No, it's not in the spam/junk email. I got the payment details email. I just did get the "We have a new package for you" and the "We shipped the item for you, here the shipping ref'

Great service, everything worked like a charm.
However they are missing a cheap shipping method for small packets. I chose DPD for shipping to Germany, which was the cheapest shipping method, and the site told me that there is place for additional 28kg at the same price. I only had one 1.5kg item to be shipped and 23.96 GBP (~32.74 EUR) is a bit pricey for this.
