Excellent, I use several mail forwarding services in different countries. You guys are the best, because a) you advise me when my goods arrive straight away, (not 4 days later) and b) you ship the goods straight away (and not 2 days later).

Absolutely great service and I do recommend!!--but forward2me really needs to offer more economical shipping choices. When the package is extremely valuable to the customer, then he/she will choose to spend more - but forward2me forces the customer to spend as if every package were a treasure.

I attempted to have a product shipped through a similar service...I thought all was going well when I received notification from the shipping company that their policy would not allow them to ship this type of product to the US. As a last ditch effort I e-mailed forward2me to see if they could ship the product...I received a response that there should be no issue whatsoever. To be honest...after the my experience with the prior company I was skeptical. The shipping costs were very reasonable....less then three days later...I received the product. Forward2me is the only way to go if your going to have something shipped from the UK to the US. Great company.

Customer Service Representative is very helpful to sort out my problems or delivery issues. But the only thing need to voice out is that the DHL did not call me upon parcel delivery. I only knew the parcel has been collected when forward2me sent me a delivery note. I end up checked with the management guy about my parcel and they just said they received it for me.

I find the shipping to be excessively expensive. For two small packages worth only £51 of 8 pieces of clothing for my 7 year old daughter to pay over £125 to the Seychelles is way too much. Will probably never use the service again, unless it's a live/die situation.
Many thanks for your valued feedback. I can understand your comments regarding the price but there may be options available to bring down the cost. The cost for shipping depends on the volume or weight of the goods. Quite often goods can arrive in oversized boxes and can be compacted into smaller packaging to reduce the overall volume and therefore shipping cost, this is what we call optimization and is available for the customer to select as 'Combine and Repack'. I saw an item on eBay UK which I wanted to buy. Since my location is in The Netherlands, postage and shipping can be a problem for UK-based eBay sellers. In comes Forward2Me: I instruct the eBay seller to send to my address at Forward2Me. As soon as Forward2Me receives the parcel, I'm informed through e-mail. After selecting the courier and making payment within their web-based self service, the parcel is then handed over to the courier.
I received an e-mail with a tracking code which let me track my package. Using DHL as a courier service this works excellent every time.

I have been using Forward2me for quite a few months now and I am still happy after my 11th or so order. Everything goes fast and easy. Only thing I would change is consolidation fees as they don't serve customers who get plenty of small packages.

The items arrived safely and were very well packed. Now I know the repacking fee is 2 sterling pounds per shipment repacked I will order my items more efficiently to maximize on this. Contacted forward2 me via email a couple of times and found them exceedingly helpful and polite. A pleasure to deal with.

Customer service was great when I thought the possibility of delivering my package may not happen. They worked with me to determine how my package could be qualified to to ship to the US. Once we determined that the shipping was easy to choose and quick at that. I will definitely use Forward2me again and would highly recommend to service to anyone who can't purchase something directly.
