The goods arrived safe and sound and I was pretty pleased with the cost of GBP10 given they were just wallpaper samples and not worth much so I just used the untracked service. That was good compared to US equivalent service myUS.com where the min cost is far greater - i.e. only worth doing for items of value.
The goods did take 14 days from Forward2me's shipping confirmation which was pretty long given we have ordered phone cases from UK directly from the suppliers and I got it in 4 working days!
I'll use the service again.

The service is wonderful. The Customer Support Team very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the price. It was expensive to have the parcel shipped to Moldova. Anyway, if I would need something quickly, I will definitely ask for their help once again.

We also offered you the forward2me Budget Untracked service at £12.60. Compared to other parcel forwarders offering an equivalent service our prices are usually the lowest and if not are always very competitive. You can always check prices before you buy on the pricing page of our website. So, you gave me two options, but it said the budget version was for packages weighting less than 0.5 kg and my package weighted 0.7 kg but you still had it as an option. Kinda confusing really, and it made me choose the expensive option cause I couldn't count on the other option.

I was expecting delivery via DHL for Xmas. My package wasstick to Budapest for more than 3 days before arriving to Athens. The route opted was MANCHESTER- GATWICK- BUDAPEST- ATHENS ! A rather "indirect" itinerary for a rather wxpensive charge/fees

Worst online experience of last year by far.
We have used Hop Shop Go in the states for many years, but the two shirts we needed for Xmas gift were in the UK.
To pay I think nearly 40 Pound for postage of TWO shirts is criminal.
This exceeds the price of the clothing, for the size and No weight of these products is crazy.
We while online could not at all figure out the price as this was clearly and understandably hidden to prevent people from freaking out and leaving.
I said I would pay the postage as wouldn't be much, well wasn't that nice of me, I was the fool.

I was comparing you with other services. <br/><br/>This was a single child T shirt only<br/>Not large. <br/>Not heavy.<br/>Not needing.storage.<br/>In able to consolidate with this order.<br/>The cost to forward this was criminal.<br/>Shot yourself in the foot as we constantly use other services that we DIDN'T have to pay to be ripped off.<br/>No wonder why a jointing fee is needed.<br/>Sorry by we were all very ungappy<br/><br/><br/>Have a look at the cost and the weight would have been the same as a sandwich.

I'm so happy to find Forward2Me. They ship very fast and I get shipping status of my shipment so I know where it is. I ordered my item from UK and it only took about 3 days to get to my address in the USA. They emailed me when my order arrived at their warehouse. Very happy and impressed with their service. There should be more delivery companies included, and alternative prices. I find the storage prices expensive as well, especially when ordering multiple items. Another negative is the volumetric size and the way things are measured. You should definitely have thinner and lighter cardboard boxes and better use bubble wrap to lessen the overall weight of the packaging!!
I have used parcel2go and several similar services to send way much bigger, heavier and multiple packages to Greece and I have paid half the price.
Anyways, it was a solution in need, so I used your services. I will do consider it carefully in the future, I'm afraid.

Many thanks for providing feedback, it's really important to us.<br/><br/>We do offer a selection of courier services but due to a technical limitation we can, at present, only offer you the two best value options at the time of paying your invoice. We have a new software release in the spring which will offer you all the services that are available for your shipment which will give you full control. <br/><br/>Looking at your shipment, we consolidated 5 parcels and repacked them into one but we reduced your consolidation fee to £6 as the goods were low in value. (This would normally have cost £6 for each additional parcel that is repacked into one box.) We did not charge you any storage fees at all.<br/>I’m sorry the packaging was too large on this occasion. We do try to repack as small as possible at all times to keep the cost as low as possible without risking damage to the goods.<br/><br/>I don’t believe it is fair to compare our prices with Parcel2Go as that is a completely different service. Parcel2Go does not offer you a UK address, does not receive your goods and check them for damage, does not store your goods securely, does not consolidate and repack them with other items and does not prepare export paperwork and dispatch your goods. All they do is ship a box which is just one element of our service. Compared to other parcel forwarders offering an equivalent service our prices are usually the lowest and if not are always very competitive. I received this as replacement for groceries because the first parcel was so badly wrapped some things were crushed in the process! I have to say this time around the process was completely pain free! The wrapping was improved beyond recognition of the first parcel and we all enjoyed a lovely cup of tea with biscuits courtesy of forward2me and your good selves! Thankyou one and all!

These guys deserve to be successful. A first class service; they're prompt (I've made over 50 shipments and I think almost every single one was forwarded on the day the package arrived with them) and respond in a timely and polite fashion when you contact them, e.g. to request consolidation.
In short, you can't go wrong. I rarely write reviews but when I see a business like this doing things right then I feel I should do my bit to support them.

Excelent service! Could use better site functionality but the customer support more than makes up for it. All my questions were answered in under 24hrs, sometimes in just a few hours. The service itself costs a bit more than traditional shipping, but it is worth it if you buy stuff from different stores. The more you buy the better it gets :)

The consolidation fee is ridiculous high. 6 GBP each package. I had to pay £30 for 5 small items . I will not be using your service agin and will tell people not to use it . Thanks forward2me for stealing my money .
