I was expecting some sort of glitch or extra costs somewhere, I could not see how a site could have no fees and great postal prices. There had to be a catch - well I have not found it!! My parcels were repacked for four pounds and 8kg ended up in Australia in 3 days for 60 pounds - a VERY HAPPY customer and I have been telling my seller's about this great new site. Compare as I did, use a base size and weight and SEE for yourself the differences. Thrilled!!

Received my notification slightly later than in the past (it arrived in early morning and got email after 3pm). But, it was sent out very quickly once payment was made.
As usual, DHL proves to be amazing in their speed, and tracking provides constant updates for peace of mind. On Monday morning I received a package which was sent on Thursday afternoon. I am in Melbourne, Australia.

Received on Sunday three days after paying from England to Australia! Great service however I woukd have liked to choose non express vs express and coukd only choose express. Very costly when you don't need it immediately. Will think carefully about freight charge before I buy online next time

Perfect is a strong word and I barely use it, but it actually just fits. I got very fast replies from forward2me, all questions were answered well and kind - I got the feeling of being in very good hands. Same with the shipment. Very quick and well repacked (I used the combine & repack service). Anytime again, totally recommended!

Service was very good to use. Just one suggestion - including an option for customers to provide delivery options eg leave on porch without signature would be great. most working people are not going to be at home when couriers turn up and not all employers will allow delivery s to work addresses. Perhaps they could offer an evening delivery service.

Item was sent out on the same day it was received, and no nasty surprises with inflated courier forwarding cost, all very reasonable. Will definitely use them again, 10 out of 10.

Found you guys online through google, and took the faith to try your services, and I must say I am more than impressed...

Je n'ai jamais perdu de temps, à chaque fois ils expédient mon colis le même jour qu'il le reçoivent et je le reçois 03 jours plus tard à Dakar au Sénégal. Jamais eu de déboire ou autre contre-temps avec eux. Service 10/10 :-)

Excellent service from UK end. It was a pity that the Cyprus courier took longer to deliver the package from Larnaca to my home in Paphos than it took for the package to be sent to Cyprus from the UK.

The service has been done as advertised on the website. Everything was on time and as promised. But very expensive. I bought a shoe for 80 euros and paid 40 euros for the service. I live in Spain which is not very far from England. This is not logical. I did only one time this shopping to see how it works but I will not do it again.

I shipped an item from UK and i even got them(Forward2me) to purchase it for me as the item is not for purchasable from Singapore IP.
The service provided was professional and fabulous as titled. Email response were within 24hrs or less, There were time but rarely it took over 24hrs to 48hrs. My concerns were always addressed and followed up mostly but there were 1 or 2 occasions i had to remind them for a follow up.
My total cost for shiiping the 4kg item was estimated at USD$110 for 2-3days day priority shipping via DHL, Other options were present but prices had not much difference.
Only thing i wished they had was an app for iphone, 24hrs chat support as like COMGATEWAY's...Still would definitely return to use their services.

This was my first time using a 'Package Forwarding' Company and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. Forward2me purchased my goods, let me know when they were received and then forwarded the package with full shipment tracking. Goods arrived very quickly. Extremely happy with the customer service at Forward2me and will definitely use them again in the future.

Since I live in East Europe, there are so many little things I dont find here, and have to get it off eBay. Forward2Me is very communicative and does a great job, but I find their per repackaging cost very high. My last order had some 17 small items that had to be repackaged into a larger box, and they charged me 36 GBP just to put them all in one bigger box. Most items from my shipment were under 2 GBP. So I find this aspect to be the least appealing about the service.

After moving interstate and not changing my address correctly (which I have now done) Forward 2 me were able to track my delivery and change my delivery address while my parcel was in transit. They tracked my delivery and helped me get my parcel without any hassle to me I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I am in the process of ordering more parts from England and I would recommend forward2me for there wonderful service! Well done to your customer service team!!!!
