the shipping options were much faster than those of the american mail forwarding services i have used. i wish there were some more inexpensive options like royal mail instead of just courier services.

This is the first time I had to use a forwarding service. Read some reviews and some were reporting hidden fees at check out. Glad to say, the calculator showed pretty much what I had to pay.
It took less than 2 hours from the parcel was delivered to the warehouse to the moment DHL picked it up, fair play!
The only point I wasn't quite happy with is that non of the shipping methods were supplying the insurance to the place of the destination, so I had to take a risk. Glad it all worked out well.

Forward2me sent this promptly and UPS got the parcel from UK to Cyprus in 33 hours. It then took 76 hours to travel 45kms from Larnaca to my home in Cyprus. I think UPS Cyprus could do better

Being in a country so far away, it is difficult to purchase items without the hefty postage costs involved. Having the central location where all purchases can be sent and stored for you is amazing! I have missed out on so many great deals as not all sellers sent abroad. I was recommended by someone else who used your service and true to word it has been amazing!
I am very pleased that your website is able to calculate the postage and select the items you want posted whilst others are on hold for you in storage in the click of a button. Emails that keep you updated constantly instil a sense of security on your service.
I will recommend you to others and will keep using you for all my future purchases in the UK.

Forward2me is a great option if you are struggling to find the perfect gift. I was unable to find in the U.S., the perfect ugly Christmas sweater for my oversize best friend. Then I found it!...in the UK. and no international shipping...DOH! Lucky for me I also discovered forward2me. Their services enabled me to have delivered the gift that I couldn't find anywhere else, the perfect ugly Christmas sweater for my 4X amigo. In addition to having forward2me set up a UK address where my order could be delivered, then forwarded to my home address in the United States, I also took advantage of the forward2me personal shopper service. It was very helpful, and possibly necessary, to have forward2me place my order with the seller. As for the cost of the requested services, some might say it was a little pricey. But the price was fair. With the help of the forward2me website, I was able to estimate what the final cost would be before I ordered, and my estimate was not far off at all. This was a gift, a special item, so I didn't mind the additional cost. Thanks forward2me. One minor point that I wonder about. I don't believe that I ever received any notification that my package had arrived at my forward2me address. I happened to check my f2m account a few days later and noticed that the package had arrived and awaited my shipping preference and payment before being shipped to the U.S. It is possible that the email notification ended up going into a spam folder, or perhaps I deleted it by accident. Either way, no harm. I was pleased with the service and shipping time.

The customer service itself is fine - the business model is broken. What a nightmare I've had. Their website features a video of someone doing a Sainsbury's order by way of example. I did the same, guess what, was told they don't send groceries to Spain after I'd ordered. This was after chasing them of a few weeks silence (their correspondence was hitting the junk mailbox). Then there are hidden supermarket costs to add, plus VAT which is not mentioned. Other packages could not be delivered to Ibiza where I live. So I negotiated to have the lot redelivered to a local address in London. The fees were HUGE! The parcel went missing. I spent days waiting for DHL who eventually turned up at 7pm one night, the bottles hadn't been packed properly, the whole consignment was sticky (ginger beer on books - nice). And the quote to send one small TEN GRAM package to Spain came in at £25. It's cheaper for me to have the package disposed - as even the RTS option had - guess what - a hidden processing fee. Liga on the phone was very nice and returned every call and email promptly... but I will NEVER, EVER use this service again having spent around £100 and getting headaches, stale food, lost days in London and sticky books as a net result.

It would seem there are a number of things we could have done better. Stating that we could not ship foodstuff to Spain was incorrect and it we appear we could have done a better job of packaging your goods, I'm truly sorry for both occurrences. In respect to charges, we certainly don't intend to hide anything, the admins fees partly cover our costs and the VAT is unavoidable.<br/>I do hope you will consider giving us a second chance to prove how good the service can be. My son wanted a certain jacket for Christmas and all US stores were sold out. I found the jacket online in the UK but the supplier didn't ship to the US. forward2me solved my dilemma. Great service for EU items that won't ship to the USA. The only suggestion for streamlining the service is to pre-declare customs duties, such that items don't require repackaging.

a) There should be more options for shipping... we don't always need things in 4 days or less.. the weight also seemed over the top. I had a small box shipped for 34pounds. BUt all of that was upfront and I accepted it, although I don't think the measurements and fees were accurate.
b) my main concern is the additional fees, fine... i get it duty, but if you are charging me duty, you darn well better enclose a copy of my receipt from CBSA, but what is in fact criminal, is an additional brokerage fee.
I get that forward2me is not the one who responsible for these fees, but they know who they are forcing upon us and could choose not to use such carriers.
