My son wanted a certain jacket for Christmas and all US stores were sold out. I found the jacket online in the UK but the supplier didn't ship to the US. forward2me solved my dilemma. Signing up was quick and easy. Communication was excellent all the way to delivery at my doorstep. Shipping was fast and Pricing was very reasonable! I will definitely use forward2me again. A+++

Great service for EU items that won't ship to the USA. The only suggestion for streamlining the service is to pre-declare customs duties, such that items don't require repackaging.

a) There should be more options for shipping... we don't always need things in 4 days or less.. the weight also seemed over the top. I had a small box shipped for 34pounds. BUt all of that was upfront and I accepted it, although I don't think the measurements and fees were accurate.
b) my main concern is the additional fees, fine... i get it duty, but if you are charging me duty, you darn well better enclose a copy of my receipt from CBSA, but what is in fact criminal, is an additional brokerage fee.
I get that forward2me is not the one who responsible for these fees, but they know who they are forcing upon us and could choose not to use such carriers.

Excellent service. I don't need to spent my time to write email asking about information or clarification or provide supporting documents. Delivery to Cyprus was Very fast, didn't expect my items to get here so quick! DHL phoned and i got my parcel right away. Everything just works well.

I was a bit skeptical, but a recent purchase got me the opportunity to use, for the first time ever, forward2me's service. I can confirm that all is well, I have received the package, and its contents are in top condition. I used regular post, it has never failed me before when ordering from Amazon, so I never doubted the delivery succes rate. Hope this review helps other first timers. A+

Forward2me handled everything perfectly.
However DHL messed it up,
Apparently DHL couldn't find my contact information (which Forward2me had provided clearly) and it took a week for DHL to contact me via Forward2me & then they sent the shipment to wrong location. I had to go to DHL office to collect it.

I was very glad to come across this service because Amazon.co.uk does not ship electronics to Finland. Forward2me provides detailed and clear instructions on their site on how to order from British online retailers and use the delivery UK address forward2me assigns to your name at registration. They succeed to provide a seamless experience to their customers. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I couldn't order my stuff from Amazon to Finland directly and ForwardMe was the perfect solution to my problem! One thing forward me can work on is getting better shipping deals for customers, DHL at times tend to be a little costly.However great, faster and hassle free service!

1) There should be more delivery companies included, and alternative prices, and speeds choices.
2) The volumetric size and the way things are measured. They box they sent me was 15 x 5.8 x 12.2, but one jacket fits into 10 x 8 x 6 with extra room. Why such a large box when you only have one thing inside.
3) I also weighted the box with my jacket inside the wait was 1.2kg not 1.5kg as labelled.
4) I have used several similar services to send packages to USA and I have paid 2/3 or half the price.
5) US clothing tax is 20%, they will not release your goods until you pay it. I wish I was more educated on that front too.

We can't do much regarding the custom duties but you can always contact our customers services for advice on these matters. I would also suggest that you opt to combine and repack your packages in future. Our package processors will assess your packages to see if the shipping volume can be reduced to save money. If it can't then they let you know, either way there is nothing to lose. forward2me recently came to the rescue regarding a present for my son that could only be sourced in the UK and shipped to a UK address. I spent five minutes setting up an account and purchased my goods with my UK address as a ship to. My package was shipped from the merchant. Amazingly, my parcel took only two days to get to forward2me and was then signed for and exported to the US on the same day! The service could not possibly be any better. I highly recommend forward2me to any shoppers requiring a UK address to purchase goods not available to them conventionally. I know I will be utilizing their service again in the future.

I've used comgateway and myus.com but this beats them by a mile. They reflected my package arrival in about 15 mins. When I chose to mail it out, they were fast in response and clear with costs. They are the only ones that fully insure your package if it's valuable - although it was very expensive for full coverage. Will definitely use again. Very trustworthy.

Shipping costs are rather high, especially regarding small and light items. I guess that the fact that the item was shipped almost immediately and delivered very fast may be considered as a sort of compensation.

Your delivery service was firstr class. However, the cost of your delivery more than doubled the price of the two Baseball caps I purchaced from Amazon.

Bought several items from eBay. I had collected the individual parcels at my forwarding address. These needed to be shipped to The Netherlands. Since some of the individual parcels were a bit large with respect to their sizes, I chose the option to repackage the parcels thereby combining the contents of the parcels. A fine additional option on top of the already perfect service of Forward2Me
