It is only recommended by the system if it estimate there will be an overall cost saving for you. Seamless and very prompt. Received my item in Australia from the UK in just a few days from an eBay seller than wouldn't freight internationally. Ability to monitor progress was re-assuring. 10/10 in my books.

The service was great. I received my parcel in a matter of days. The moment they received my parcel I was informed and the moment it was dispatched I was informed. Feedback is very good. However I found the DHL charges a bit high. Is there another postage method that is cheaper even though it takes a bit longer?

The bottom line is whether a transaction goes smoothly,for a fair price & within the advertised time frame-in this case (a return-which at the best of times can go wrong) everything was perfect, so F2M deserve the rating i have given them. I will also leave feedback when i see how my next order (groceries from Asda & another pr of trainers) goes. I will comment on communication, packaging,fair price & shipping time-but for now F2M are on point-thank you F2M.

It may be that we have repackaged your goods as to provide adequate protection for the journey which has increased the volume and therefore the cost. I see the item shipped was a lava lamp so if we felt there was a risk of damage during transit we would have repackaged free of charge. I have no problem with forward2me except the courier service they are using! Unfortunately they are not the only UK firm to use Speedex who always receive a parcel but end up taking ages to deliver to me. My food parcel was in Athens according to the tracking info for days then the courier told forward 2me they had
tried to deliver but only got 'their finger out' as it were when I badgered customer services & they miraculously delivered the next day!!!! Which is a change actually as I usually end up having to collect from their office! I presume Speedex must offer the best deal/price to firms but they certainly aren't up to speed with customer service here in Thassos. Even the mainland branch seems more on the ball!

I would warmly recommend forward2me services to others.

I ordered shoes from England that I couldn't get shipped to the US. I was a bit nervous about how it would work, but it was so fast and great. The shipping is expensive, but if there is something you MUST have, it is worth it. Great service-will use again.

I wanted a radio from England but the manufacturer would not ship to the USA. It was the last one of its kind available for sale in the world. I found forward2me through a Google search and rolled the dice.
Signing up took two minutes and cost nothing; the shipper accepted my "inside the UK address" without a second thought. Forward2Me notified me when my package arrived; paying for it to be transshipped took one minute. Then the miracle: they sent my radio from their hangar (in Preston) all the way to my door in Los Angeles, California in two days. Perfectly repackaged, no problems on either end, a dozen updates on the DHL shipping site (for my obsessive side!)
The radio sounds great and looks great and I used it all weekend. Thanks Forward2Me!

I ordered a stroller that could not be delivered in France, I received an email from forward2me minutes after they received it. After I paid the shipping, it only took them half an hour to send me a tracking number. Great service, really fast.

Snel doorgestuurd, netjes anoniem verpakt in zwart plastic en goedkoop ten opzichte van de concurrent.
I bought a device on amazon.co.uk, it was delivered to forward2me, I was notified by the email. In about a week I ordered a delivery to Zurich on Saturday; the device was delivered on Thursday morning. It's package was conveniently wrapped in another package, which was marked "Fragile".
The main downsides so far:
* The delivery claimed to take 3 business days; the package was delivered on the 4th in the morninh.
* The price of the delivery, in my opinion, was a bit high.
