I ordered a stroller that could not be delivered in France, I received an email from forward2me minutes after they received it. After I paid the shipping, it only took them half an hour to send me a tracking number. Great service, really fast.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am aware of your case and I'm sorry that one of the jars has been broken in transit on the second shipment. During the first shipment the box was severely damaged by the courier which is why it arrived back to us with everything broken. We did replace and ship to you again at our own cost but it's a shame to hear that one item has again been damaged. ...some of the items were damaged and even the items they re-sent to replace them were partly damaged all due to poor packaging. Fragile items need to be packed in bubble wrap at the very least, just some paper wrapped around them is not sufficient at all.

I regularly use parcel forwarding series, usually out of continental Europe or the USA, but this was my first trial of a UK based service. I was disappointed that I was not offered a Royal Mail alternative for my item. It cost 30 lb to get a skirt packaged in a plastic envelope to me. Yes the courier options are fast, getting my package to me in a few days, but I'd have been happy to wait a month for my package at a more reasonable price. The service communicated well, with an email being sent to me within 24 hours of the notification from the store that my package had arrived. The website was easy to use. Unfortunately was also no breakdown of the services cut out of the charge I paid which leaves me a bit mystified how much they are charging on top of the couriers fee.

We do offer a basic untracked service for which the UK leg utilises Royal Mail but there are limitations to the size and weight of the package and also the value of the goods for this service to be available. With your shipment the value of the goods exceeded the limit which is why the service was not available to you. Very fast shipping. The package was shipped on Saturday afternoon and I received it on Monday noon. I used the services in the past and I would definitely use them again in future. However, the shipping costs from the UK to Switzerland were at around 30GBP. Maybe some cheaper shipping options could be offered for small and light (e.g. 0.5Kg) packages.

Got a pair of speakers online and had to find a reliable forwarder to ship them to Singapore without breaking he bank. Read about forward2me online, which prompted me to contact them via FB with prompt response. Thus I decided to go with them. From UK to Singapore, there was minimal intervention required from me except during the last part where I need to pay the taxes to clear my speakers from the customs. Speakers received in good order.

I was a little apprehensive about using this service. That feeling has gone. It is super easy to find information on their website which made the whole experience a very pleasant one. I asked why I could only see private Couriers rather than Royal Mail, and the answer was "I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to see the budget untracked service on your account which is sent via a postal service".
This is a slimy answer which avoids the question: eg I still don't know if Royal Mail is available.

If you select the budget untracked service your goods will be sent by postal service on the UK leg which will most often be Royal Mail and in the destination country will most often be the national postal service.
