I've had some horrible experience with shop and ship or other parcel forwarding service, but sometimes there is no direct shipping option from UK retailers internationally. Good thing I found forward2me! Website was clear and information straightforward. On the same day they received my parcel from the retailer they sent me a notification and thereafter their agent Aimee assisted me to have my parcel repacked safely and shipped out to my country. She answered all my questions promptly, and had my parcel out of their warehouse by the 2nd day! Wow that's an impressive service. So MANY THANKS to Aimee and the entire team at forward2me for doing an excellent job

Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this

I rarely review things, but I wanted to review my experience here because I was skeptical. Could see potential for a scam very easily. But apparently not. My order (wallpaper) arrived at their warehouse, and it was packed, shipped, and arrived to me stateside within less than a week. The handling fee seemed quite reasonable compared to other companies I considered.

One of my parcels went astray during repacking - which of course was disappointing. However, I was compensated very speedily for the amount I spent on it and also given a generous discount on the DHL costs. Forward2Me managed to turn a mistake around in a very customer focused way.

Ordered from a UK vendor who wouldn't ship to US so opened an account with forward2 me. It shipped from vendor on Thursday to Preston and got opened, inspected and reshipped FedEx express and was here in Los Angeles on Monday lunch time. 6,000 miles in 5 days total. They have an assortment of shipping options from cheap to expensive. Would use them again for sure.

I have used forward to me again and again because I know I am in extremely trustworthy and efficient hands. The customer service team in particular needs special recognition. If something goes wrong or I need extra help or have a special request, they have always been kind, efficient, intelligent in their response and flexible - Aimee, Chris, Nico, Anna and others, they are all helpful and on top of things. Being an expat in Europe, having a great forwarding company makes life that little bit better and forward2me in my experience is one of the best. (Would also shout out to DHL for the actual shipping who at least in my region are way better than the competitors).
