Service was very efficient. Placed an order on Mon. Received my shipment by Friday. Very little turn-over time. Though the service may be pricey, it was totally worth the piece of mind and assurance given in regards to my purchased products. Look forward to utilizing in the near future.

Totally legit and professional service. I was skeptical at first because I haven't ever used a service like this before, but very glad I did. They responded to my email within hours and the shipping process was well organized and fast. Thank you so much, I finally have the surveillance cameras I need for my system. They said I couldn't get them in the US, but I have them now!!!

Very happy with ease of account setup. Appreciated the informational video included on the forward2me website that described the standard UK address format that Amazon (or, in my case, eBay) needed (just needed a google search to determine that the mailing address county was Lancashire--although the address that was emailed to me did include it). Used DHL, and my package arrived incredibly quickly! Couldn't be happier!

Shipping options are limited to where i was (singapore) so prices are higher than what i thought. Wish there were more affordable shipping options. Everything else was fast and excellent.

My products had arrived on Monday 7th March, but I did not get a notification at all. I sent an email through the website on Friday 11th March with no answer. I called on Monday 14th March, talked to an assistant and when I told her my problem, she "scolded" me for taking so long to contact you!! No apologies or anything. After that things went very fast which I am grateful.

Great service, I wish cheaper freight options were available. Express courier is great if your in a hurry, but normal post or international sea mail can be a more suitable cost effective option for some items

This is the best mail forwarding service I use, and I have been using mail forwarding services for about 10 years now. When my items arrive I am advised the same day of their arrival, and once I give the go ahead to repack and ship, it happens on the same day.... and then I receive the goods approximately 3 days later in Australia when using DHL express as the shipping company.... The system works very well and I am very happy with it.

This is the first time I've used a forwarding service, I was surprised how easy it was. From initial registration and getting my "address" to being alerted that a package was ready to be forwarded and selecting which courier and use then paying it was just so simple.
Plus it was just under £50 cheaper than using Royal Mail!
I will definitely use them again.

packaging are Fragile , and shipping cost , kind of pricey

I bought a single speed bicycle which I had been looking for for 2 months all over Europe and which I finally found at Evans Cycles UK but as per usually that was the only bike they did not deliver internationally (I live in Portugal). Enter forward2me. They have been absolutely amazing from the get-go. I sent them a mail and in less than 30 minutes I got a reply back with all the details that I needed and more.
Considering the size of the package (15 kg - 106x26x189 cm) the price was quite alright in my opinion (£ 106.88+VAT). I had it sent over via DPD Untracked roadservice which should have arrived in 5 to 6 business days but it actually arrived two days ahead of schedule.
All in all the customer service was excellent and after two months of struggle and headache to get my bike, forward2me was the only thing which worked seamlessly and as advertised. I will most definitely use their services again and would recommend to it anyone.

I recently used forward2me to get a phone delivered to me in Australia and it worked pretty perfectly! It actually got here a bit earlier than they said it would which is always nice. Their system is very easy to use, and their customer service is quick and pretty helpful in sorting stuff out.
