The speed of the service is really good and it's great to be able to obtain some of my groceries from Waitrose. I always shopped there when I was living in the UK. I have to have a moan about the packing. 4 of the bags of flour were open at the top and so evetything else was covered with a thin layer of flour. All the boxes of teabags were squashed and some of the biscuits were broken.

Used the service to obtain a certificate of my test result which requires UK address. All straightforward and no hiccup at all. Queries are handled timely and I received the certificate the following day after the notification as indicated.

kind of a steep admin fee for the personal shopper, and VERY LUCKILY (with ordering clothes online at least), the items I received were all amazing and fit me. But that said, personal shopper got exactly what I ordered and the turnaround for them shipping it was very quick. Thanks mates!

I have made my first shipment with forward2me, and it was excellent!

I used the cheapest means to try this out and I got my 3 tins very quickly in perfect condition. Since it all worked out so well I will be back with bigger shipments. I am THRILLED that Forward2Me offers this way for people in the US to be able to get some of the lovely items we can't get any other way. Thank you for what you do. I was upset to see what I wanted to have with no way of getting the things. I lived in England for 3 years and have British tastes. Thank you so very much.

They have reasonable prices and very quick forwarding of packages from vendors who either can't or won't ship to the USA. I'd recommend this service to anyone who could use a UK mailing address.
