Service was excellent for the most part, I would use it again and recommend it to others, but there was one thing that I wish they would improve.
While I received an e-mail saying "Payment Required" for them to place my order, and while every part of the process was fast when it was started, I did not receive an e-mail to say that they received my package so that I could decide what to do with it. As a result, the package remained in their storage a needless 7-8 days longer than required, resulting in me missing the opportunity to give it as a present to someone on the planned date.

forward2me supplied swift and intuitive services with brilliant ease of access. I was often informed, and kept in the loop every step of the way. I never felt international shipping anxiety with the constant reassurance I received from forward2me updates.

Best company ever. They are fast, efficient, and I have never had any merchandise arrive damaged. I am very pleased that I chose Forward2me for my overseas shipping arrangements. This is the only Freight forwarding company I would use. It is an excellent company.

Fantastic service. Had a complicated case - part of goods were damaged in transit and forward2me helped to get a replacement for the damaged parts from a seller, as well as get a refund from a courier service.

I've used Forward2me services 7 times and keep using them mainly for Amazon orders and Ebay stuff. Great, quick, very good communication, exactly what I need. My only regret is, for hazardous material, there should be an option for road courrier in order to avoid the additional cost.

Excellent and fast communication. If you think that the service is quite expensive - well, that's just wrong. Shipment itself it's quite expensive which you can choose by yourself from given choices (fast, regular, DHL or whatever). So, it's up to you.

Initially I was wary of using a forwarding company as I'd read many negative reviews. Unfortunately I had no choice as the company I deal with in the UK stopped shipping it goods overseas.
I am very pleased with the service provided by forward2me - it was very easy to sign up and the goods I ordered arrived safely within a few days. It was also good to get tracking information.
I will certainly be using forward2me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.

This was my first time using a forwarding service, but I was very pleased with the experience. I had a question about whether or not a small charm counted as "precious metals" and would therefore be forbidden, but I received a quick reply letting me know that this was fine to ship. I also wasn't very familiar with the UK address format, but I watched a few of the videos that showed how to enter the address on different UK websites until I felt comfortable with it. After I placed my order, my package was received by forward2me within a few days. Once I selected my shipping option, they got the order sent out to me the same day. I had no problems at all and received the item I wanted.

Side Note: more options (Eg. Slower speed but lower cost) for international forward shipment should be available (Parcel was returned for refund because international shipment charge quoted was extremely high)

You used the same box as amazon, it was a bit tight, be aware that electronic parts are delicate items. The online system to repack the delivery is very convenient.

I never thought I would have such a great service from a forwarder. As long I know, and after use plenty service from overseas, many forwarder will update incoming packages within 1-2 business days. But forward2me did great jobs! They usually update incoming package and ship in the same day after I make payment. If you have any problems, their staffs will pay attention and solve it within few hours. Five stars speed, service, and satisfaction. I hope they will open branch for forwarder to shop from USA too :D

I was given a choice between DHL and UPS and I chosed UPD although it was more expensive because it was mentioned that I will recieve the package in 2 days but DHL the cheaper in 6 days.
But, I recieved the package in 6 days. I was misslead by the provided information.
