I bought an item and shipped it to my Germany warehouse, but the seller forgot to add my account id to the shipping label, so the stuff couldn't immediately picked it and added it to my account. Fortunately, the stuff in Germany warehouse is very kind and professional, and they added it to my dashboard eventually. But 30 days had passed, in theory, I need to pay the storing fee, but I contacted with the customer center and told them what happened, they're willing to waive the storing fee, I really appreciate it.

I'm using this service for the second time and it will be the last. The invoice included by this service made a complete mess out of the customs clearance. Not to mention the price of the shipping itself. When the parcel already arrived to the warehouse from Amazon it appeared to be higher than the item itself. As a result I'm paying almost triple for my purchase… go find some experienced and honest company.

I contacted them about the fact that they only have very expensive express shipping options available.
So they wrote me back that there are economy options available for the UK warehouse and I asked back how that helps me if I have a shipment waiting in the German warehouse.
After that I only got templated and way too general answers from them, not going anywhere close to a solution.
I won't be using them in the near future and can't recommend based on this experience.

The shipping calculations on the UK warehouse were unusually high, and several people, including NICA in support, were very helpful and courteous.

Made a mistake with my package which was entirely my fault (nicotine items not permitted for UK->EU forwarding, according to their terms and conditions). Having initially had a poor experience with DHL (UK) with trying to send a car airbag module by land to Germany, Aimee from Forward2Me was awesome with re-shipping the same package back to Germany for attempt number 2. This time round, with Aimee's excellent guidance, support, communication and advice, the airbag arrived at its final destination within the promised timescale. I used Forward2Me to purchase a golf bag not available in the United States. They were very quick with processing the item when they received it, and sent it out to me the next day. It was a little expensive, but the service was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something you are unable to get in your home country.

Excellent customer support and got my delivery in a reasonable time frame. I was regularly notified on repacking. Importing is an expensive affair, so, it was good to have a service like forward2me handling it. They did make a mistake of mentioning me as a company instead of an individual which caused me some trouble with the customs. No other issues other than that.

F2M recommended my package should be repacked because the original box was not very strong. I hesitated but confirmed. When the package was arrived I was so pleased. Their new external packing was very strong and secure. Inside the original packing was indeed very weak and not suitable for international shipping. This is caring for their customer and I say thank you.

Repacking and shipment can be arranged easily online via the personal profile. In case of any special requests the communication with the customer services is is also very professional.
