Super fast service, my parcel was forwarded to me the same day when it was received, only 2 hours after I paid with a card and received in Brussels in 2 business days (with DPD Classic).
I recommend forward2me and I would use their services again.

Charge was too pricey. Did not expect to pay 33£ for items weighing a total of 700grams to Singapore.

The shipping fee includes processing, handling and shipping of your package along with proving customer service assistance. I believe this is excellent value for money when considering the service we provide.
In this particular shipment the charge was not based on the physical weight but in fact the volumetric weight which was larger. Most couriers and ourselves work on this bases and it's worth understanding how this works to appreciate how the shipping fee is being calculated. Information on volumetric weight can be found on our website @ www.forward2me.com, answer 13 and also on courier websites, for example search "UPS Dimensional weight" for an explanation from UPS.

First time. Worked exactly as advertised and without any problems. Shipping wasn't cheap, but product was in the US 2 days after arriving at the UK address. Transparency around pricing and shipping methods throughout, will definitely use again.

The shipping was insanely fast, and their service was impeccable. It arrived to Australia from the UK in 4 days! However I would prefer a slower option that didn't cost AUD$60 to send (basically the same cost as my item). The cheapest shipping option being $60 does dissuade me from ordering on a more frequent basis, however if I really wanted something I would definitely use forward2me again!

My daughter's birthday list specified some books online at a UK web-site. The book retailer didn't deliver internationally, so I signed up to forward2me. Everything went smoothly in terms of forward2me advising me when they received my package, choosing a shipping option and paying for it was easy, and I got my package in about 4 days via DHL Express.
The cost of the freight itself "seemed" a little more expensive than what I was used to paying with US freight forwarders, but I don't have a point of reference to compare against, so it might just be the cost of services in the UK.
Also, in comparison to the US freight forwarder that I use there is no itemisation of cost in terms of separating any "service fee" (for the forward2me service itself) versus the freight cost - it's all lumped into one amount.
But I will certainly use them again next time I purchase something from the UK.

I have selected "Good" because of the quick service and delivery, however this is my first time using forward2me and I am not happy with what I received, I am not sure if this was by forward2me or DHL, I ordered a music system online from amazon.co.uk, I used forward2me to deliver it into my place at Dubai, forward2me used DHL as per my shipment selection to send it to me, Unfortunately I received the box with little damage inside and the music centre has malfunctions, I contacted the manufactory of the music centre they said my item had been QC checked and tested for fully functioning before they sent it to forward2me.
I wasted around 450$ to have this at home from UK including the device price the shipment the insurance the customs ...
