I had been looking for a new pair of jodhpurs for riding in the cold and rain and found some only sold in Europe. Couldn't have them shipped directly to the US at all. I did a search for possibly finding a middle man for shipping to the US from Europe, and surprisingly found forward2me along with several others. I chose forward2me because I read extensively into all the feedback, and noticed that even when they made a mistake they tried to fix it and that's what a company should do if they care. The jods arrived at their facility and I got an e-mail. I added the necessary information for shipping to the US and the package was shipped out. I was able to use DHL which sends me texts on the package status and, the package actually arrived earlier than it said. I ended up ordering several pairs of jods again and for the second time now, forward2me came though! Package arrived early again. I have since ordered some riding boots from another site and once that company ships them, I'm hoping again for good things. I will and would use again! Thanks!

did what I wanted. Thats all I ever ask. That being said, I dislike the current trend to instantly send a 'how did we do' mail each and every time I do business these days. It seems that being told you are doing well has become much more important than actually 'doing well' in the first place. We have a business arrangement, it works, I am happy with it, now why do I have to spend personal time responding to a computer generated question? It now spoils the experience of dealing with you.
