The service itself is good, however, when you get a price quote it is very different to the final quote! It is not just the weight but the volumetric weight, they basically charge you for what the package should weigh for the size it is, hence a 30-40% increase on the quote!

forward2me lost my parcel which is an LV bag !!
i was told by customer service officer Tracy that the warehouse team couldn't locate my parcel .
I have already sent countless emails enquired them regarding the updates whether they have found my bag , or if not, any compensation but no replies from them . The reason forward2me gave was December is a very very busy month for them .
I do understand this but not until u misplace the customers ' parcels and take ages to reply emails ?
This is the very first time I encountered problems with forward2me. Previously had very good experience with them .
And I'm still waiting for Tracy to get back to me to deal with the compensation . I hope the management will settle this ASAP

Brilliant service. I ordered a load of items from Sainsburys to be shipped via Forward2me in the Netherlands. When they arrived - speedy dispatch via UPS - I noticed a lot of items missing from my order. The bill from Sainsburys was included and I could see that I had ordered and paid for the missing items. I contacted F2M; they searched the warehouse and could not find anything. I eventually received a mail from my contact person there (Tracy) in which she said: "It may be that the goods have not been delivered by Sainsbury's, we do not check the orders on arrival and the driver could have left us a basket short however as a gesture of goodwill as we are unable to confirm this we will re-order the goods from Sainsbury's and allocate them to your account on receipt."
Subsequent to that mail and F@M's reorder, I have now been informed that the re-ordered items have arrived at F2me; I've now paid the transport for these and await them in a day or two.
THAT, in my opinion, is TERRIFIC SERVICE! Well done F2me and especially to Tracy.

I found something I wanted on UK eBay but they didn't ship to the United States. I found forward2me and the process was seamless. I told them what I wanted via their website. They placed the order and after they received it I was provided multiple shipping carriers to choose from, along with the cost and ratings. This was an awesome experience!
