Reliable, trust worthy, can buy even expensive stuff and don't worry about the safety of your items. I wanted to give 5 stars but the shipping price is way too expensive which is the only down side.

Prezzi altissimi, ho dovuto rinunciare a ricevere l'oggetto in Italia. Mi hanno chìesto 66 sterline. Ho restituito l'oggetto al negozio in Inghilterra pagando 20 sterline! Assolutamente da evitare se bisogna spedire oggetti di poco valore! Chiedere prima un preventivo per evitare brutte sorprese!

I'm sorry to hear that your shipping costs have been higher then expected and believe this is due to the shipment containing items which are classed as dangerous goods by our couriers for shipping purposes.

We are accredited to ship dangerous goods by undertaking a rigorous training schedule so we know how to re-package dangerous goods safely and complete the paperwork correctly. Couriers also have to take extra precautions and inevitably incur additional costs when handling dangerous items.

For this service our couriers do add a surcharge in addition to shipping fees, this fee is simply passed on by us however is in addition to shipping costs.

First ever order was a pair of jodhpurs, second was 4 pairs of jodhpurs, then a pair of riding boots, and recently 4 pairs of socks and a pair of gloves. Never an issue and this last order shipped very quickly! Great service. Will use again!
