Ultra fast, very pleased with communication and tracking. However i wish it had been packaged into a carton because it had been opened, both sellers and DHL's nylon packaging and re closed sloppy with duct tape from customs i suppose.I recommend.

I am pleased with2the Service but it's very expensive. I recommend, you make a deal with one or more package sending companies do as to achieve better prices. When I order either from John Lewis or the house of Fraser the items are usualky being spent by DHL and the customer cost is very low compared to the prices we pay when we use forward2me. I would certainly like to use your Service more often if the cost was less.

The service itself was good, but pricing for shipping wasn't. I usually pay less (same shipping provider - DHL) to ship from USA, despite the fact that it has to travel through Europe before reaching Mauritius.
Also, sending packages directly through DHL UK was much cheaper than using DHL through forward2me. Disappointing to say the least.
Other shipping providers are more expensive than DHL while not providing the same or faster shipping time.

Everything was great. I was surprised that only DHL could ship alcohol outside of the UK, as there aren't any laws that prohibit it. I was expecting a much lower rate than the one I got, and was expecting more options than DHL. Cheers

Forward2Me helps me shop from domestic UK retailers that wont ship outside the islands despite the year being 2017. For my needs Forward2Me is good but not excellent. The speed, the process, the web interface and so on. Basically it gets the job done for me and I'm mostly happy with the service. Although it can be frustrating with goods sitting idle in the warehouse for a full 24h cycle.

I selected the DHL shipping to send to Canada and the package arrived within 3 days. Very easy interface to use. They only thing I would have liked is a feature offered by other package-forwarding companies: the option to remove the invoice in the parcel.
