The process was incredibly simple, and so quick!! Shipping within the UK took just a day, and less than 6 hours later, my item was ready to be shipped to me! All in all it took just 4 days! Amazing. Super reliable service, quick and easy, I will definitely use forward2me for future UK purchases!

This is my second time shopping with Forward2me and as usual, the service is remarkable. Selfridges did not reflect my invoice in my local currency and all I did was to send Forward2me an email informing them and requesting their help to declare the correct amount. Forward2me responded and rectified the error within minutes. I received my order in under three days. I am more than pleased and will definitely shop UK using Forward2me. Thank you Forward2me team!

The email assistance I received was excellent, prompt and effective.
The only gripe I have is that the goods I received were not intended for me, and there was no way of telling this before receiving them. I order a lot online and it was possible that I sent something that I had lost track of. Instead, I received a bag of junk after paying for the delivery (not the cheapest option) and storage.
I know it isn't necessarily the companies fault, but i think it is a bit strange that there is no way of checking that this was actually intended for me.
Thanks for the good service though, and I think I might try to make better use of this service going forward due to the helpfulness of the staff.

I was so reluctant to participate in this service. I was hoping I didn't get scammed. I ordered my product from a U.K. Online store and it was shipped my forward to me address the company sent over an email stating my package had arrived. I paid for the shipping and by Monday morning my package was here. I will definitely be using this service again.

Have using Forward2me since Nov 2015 until now.. more than one years experience. Everything is great. The customer service is good communication and fast response, package arrived fast and in good packing :)
i have suggestion,
you should add Royal Mail or other local post courier service for priority package too. Especially for some country have issue with the local DHL or Fedex service.

Very good Service. The only negative point is the cost of the courier. You should try to make contracts as regards the cost of sending any item in other EUROPEAN countries. There are well known department stores that use the same courier I chose to use and the charge is constant for the customer. This means they have deals and this makes cheaper. I use forward to me only for products that are not send to Cyprus by the store I buy from.

It would have been nice to have an option (even paid one) to have a photo of the paracel taken before forwarding. You see, I've ordered a collector's item that was unfortunately very poorly packaged which I have found only when it arrived to my home address, and if I've known this prior to forwarding I'd have arranged with you a repackaging to make it secure for transportation. For example, Shipito does have these options. Otherwise fine, the transaction was quick. Thank you.
