The delivery itself was good but there are multiple issues.
1. I was provided one quote for the delivery and I clearly communicated the preferred service type. Subsequently the service counter just went on and issues an invoice for a more expensive service.
2. Wanted to ship to a friend but can't change the country.. really?

Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you did not receive the expected level of service from forward2me and that your goods were not shipped via your preferred courier service.
<br/>
I do see from the emails you have sent us that you clearly mentioned that you wanted to ship with UPS however we have invoiced you for the incorrect service. Please be assured that this mistake was not intentional and I do sincerely apologise for the error.
<br/>
Seeing as the mistake has been on our part we would like to refund you the difference in the shipping costs between the DHL and UPS service and will ensure that the refund is actioned today.
<br/>
As for shipping to a different named person and address, we don't currently have this facility on our website and the changes need to be made by a forward2me administrator however our developers are currently working on upgrading our site so that customers have more flexibility on who and where they ship their parcels, this should be live in the next few months.

The entire process from initial registration to the collection, notification and eventual shipment went very smoothly. The setup is very professional done and all the details that need to be known are put out there to see and there's even the occasional cost-saving advice that is thrown in (which is greatly appreciated). My parcel was received in good order and the shipment price was reasonable (you can choose your carrier). Great service & highly recommended!

thanks alot for your service, if it wouldn't be soooo expensive i would rate with 5 stars, my package was only 0.51 Kg and it costed me more than 47USD!!!!

The service is great, but the price is very high. You also don't know the price until you make the purchase with the vendor.

Honestly, I was very skeptical at first because all the freight forwarding sites always look so sketchy but you know what, in the end of the day all they are doing is just sending your goods. I used forward2me to get my OnePlus 5 and they work really quick. They posted out my item within the hour of receiving it.
Postage isn't that cheap mainly due to the poor exchange rates between GBP and AUD but I know that they are reliable. Will definitely use them again
