I accidentally sent DHL labels that had already been used in Ireland to the UK warehouse to return packages to Harrods. (These labels were already used in Ireland to send packages back to Harrods). DHL said that these labels would not have been able to be scanned twice. So they would not have picked up the packages from the UK warehouse. It was my mistake to send the incorrect labels, I admit that. But Forward2Me keeps telling me that the packages were delivered and to contact Harrods. Yes! The packages were picked up and delivered from Ireland. You can clearly see that on the DHL tracking. The packages were NOT picked up in the UK. This has been going on for 4 weeks! and about 20 emails back and forth. If they can't find the packages, let me know. But don't keep telling me they were delivered. If you started looking for the packages when I first contact you 4 weeks ago, you might have found them. Now I'm out HUNDREDS of pounds. Not helpful

Upon investigation, you've requested a return shipment with us but provided incorrect labels. DHL has acknowledged the pickup from our UK warehouse. Since this is a return using your own labels, we lack the ability to directly engage with DHL because we are not the original shipper. Consequently, we are unable to trace its current location.
We have also queries this to our warehouse team and they advised that nothing has been returned back to us with DHL.
At this point, we have zero chance of obtaining the location of the parcels which was out of forward2me control.
We recommend ensuring that correct labels are always provided when returning goods to ensure a refund from the merchant. While we have diligently printed and attached the labels on our end, it remains the customer's responsibility to provide accurate documentation.

I’m in the US and have used the UK address for them on at least 8 occasions. They have never failed me. Process is reasonably fast. Only thing I would recommend is that the interface they use for customers to ship orders, be updated. It seems outdated and it’s confusing.

Lied to me about combining shipment. I received 2 separate boxes instead of 1 and instead of making it cheaper it turned out to be even more expensive which doesn't even make sense. Why pretend like you're helping me just to make it more expensive.

I am satisfied with the notifications sent via email from the moment they receive the package(s) in the UK warehouse to when it is ready to ship. They let you know if your package requires special attention and provides guidance about it via their support team. I was served by Aimee on two occasions whereby she made the liaison for shipping details and providing explanation where was necessary, and never once lost her patience. I thank her for that.
On another note, I also believe shipping for larger items such as car bumper is a bit too expensive when compared to the price purchased, maybe there's a reason of shipping location I don't know, but it's my personal opinion. The price for shipping an unwanted item from the warehouse back to the place of purchase is also not clear, given the fact that this item was shipped free from the seller. Maybe I'll get an explanation for this one.
Otherwise, this site is very useful where one can purchase items that are not readily available in one's location, the forward2me team can make it possible to get you access to them.

This organization is terrible. They never respond to any email and takes a long time to respond to my messages by WhatsApp. Plus, it's been more that 1 week since the arrival of my package and it's still not booked in their system

Es braucht ein "Repackaging" (dauert 1-2 Tage mit regelmässigen eMail Updates über die aktuelle Warteposition), um die Bruchsicherheit zu gewährleisten und wird dann (alternativlos) per DHL Express weitergeleitet. Danach muss man sich noch mit dem Zoll in Leipzig befassen (was immer wieder eine echte Bürokratieerfahrung ist). Nach einem schlimmen Erlebnis beim Mitbewerber "myus" (die können keinen Whisky weiterleiten, weil es dort in die Kategorie Gefahrgut fällt, was aber nirgends im Vorfeld kommuniziert wird), bin ich sehr glücklich forward2me entdeckt zu haben.

Negligence as usual and failure to respond quickly to emails

Our team is currently working with limited staff over the weekend, which has contributed to the slower response times. Regarding your package, our records indicate that it was delivered to IDS Depot which is not our correct delivery address at Germany location and we acknowledge that there was no signature recorded upon delivery.
If a package is not received at our warehouse, customers must initiate a claim with the sender. The sender will then raise a claim on behalf of customer.
Once again, we do apologise for any inconvenience this cause.

I’ve used forward 2 me twice now to buy things from Japan, since skincare and kpop albums are so much cheaper over there, and it’s still cheaper after you include shipping. Customer service has always been quick and helpful (especially Jane). It’s also very helpful to have 30 days free storage so you can order items from various sites. The only thing I would say is shipping is a little bit expensive… it comes out to about £50 including the combine and repack option, so it’s only offset if you order a lot of things tbh

Lots of our customers use our service to purchase multiple orders from different retailers therefore we offer a 30 day free storage period at our warehouse to enable customers to collate their parcels and ship them in one go.
There are two options for shipping multiple packages, first of all you could choose our combine and repack service. This service is offered when we repack and combine orders together into as least boxes as possible so our customer obtains the maximum value for shipping. For this service we charge £2 per package which is added to your final shipping invoice.

Alternatively, if you feel that we would be unable to reduce the size of the parcels to make the combine and repack fee cost effective for you, we can offer a multi-piece shipment for some of our courier services.
Here you would just choose up to 15 packages to be added to your shipment and we would ship them out as multi-pieces under the same shipment number. This service is more cost effective than shipping the goods in separate shipments.
For this service the boxes would be shipped out together however not repacked and are dispatched in the same boxes they have arrived in, of course we would ensure that they are safe and secure for international transit. For this service there is no additional charge.

Had items delivered to the German warehouse for onwards shipping to another EU country. As the parcel contained alcohol I needed to do a Combine & Repack but to get a quote I needed to contact them.
Unfortunately the parcel had to be repacked into two shipments which I was not aware of. I complained to their Customer Service team and after some time they agreed to refund me for one of the shipments as a good will gesture.
I found the customer service team to be excellent once I had put a poor review on TrustPilot. It is disappointing that the service was not as good up until that point though. I certainly think Forward2me could do with more Customer Service staff and being a lot more transparent with the fact that alcohol absolutely must be repacked into separate shipments.

My shipment had multiple items with battery which was declined by the courier service to be shipped to my country of residence and Ms Joyce was kind enough to support to split the shipment and resolve the problem. Just clarify with customer service whether there is any quantity restrictions in shipping materials with inbuilt batteries to your country to avoid confusion.
