Always perfect. You buy something worldwide, you got delivered at your postal address at Forward2Me. You got the email of the incoming parccel and if you want you can order the deliver for the subsequent day or collect more parcels and make a one delivery. Never tired of this service. Well done. I have used this service for 3 times now. I am extremely impressed with the company. First of all , the shipping of parcels from the company (Preston) to Australia is very fast , something like 4 working days! Secondly , the staff is very prompt in processing the shipment and getting back to my queries. Lastly , the staff to whom I have make enquiries were super nice and patient! I really want to say that the company has done a great job by having such a positive culture in the service industry. Hope the company keeps doing well!

So far I am very pleased with their service. With their last order they managed to receive, categorise, print labels, package and dispatch my items in a single day and oddly enough DHL Express was the cheapest option.
As a result my package arrived at my door some 15-16 hours later. In Poland! How cool is that?!
Their Customer Service Helpdesk is second to none too.
