I understand that the business is forwarding items so there has to be some profit, however I feel that the price for shipping is far too expensive. When I bought the product from Ebay, the seller was willing to send it to me in the USA for 10£. I sent it to the forwarding site thinking that it might be the same price if not cheaper, to my shock the cheapest shipping was 31£.
Another thing that I had trouble with was no matter how many times I tried to enter my card information, the site wouldn't accept it. Customer support wasn't really able to help me either, it appeared to be a problem with the site. I had to make a PayPal account just so that I could pay for shipping.

The service we have offered is a premium, fully tracked, door to door service with a courier, I'm thinking that the service you were offered via eBay may have been for a standard untracked international service. The cost of shipping also includes the use of your forward2me address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping.

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. Only on occasions when the actual weight is greater than this volumetric weight would the shipping fees be calculated on the actual weight. I see from the parcel you have recently shipped that the shipping costs were calculated on the volumetric weight.

We do offer a combine and repack service for when a parcel arrives in a larger box than necessary for shipping, this service may be of interest to you in future and help reduce your overall shipping costs. This service should be available in your account when a parcel has been received to your inbox and requesting this service will ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping.\n\nI'm also sorry that you had so many issues with making payment via card, I know this must have been very frustrating for you. The service is very good, but the pricing for the service is way higher than all other forwarders (Borderlinx , aramex and etc). It will be good if the pricing is lower and have free repacking service included which other forwarders are giving.
