Even if the service is not cheap it's worth every penny. Everything went smoothly and super fast. Even at Christmas season packages arrive very quickly, like mine arrived a day ahead of time. In the meantime the service helped me in replacing one of the items and that was also a great job and no-worry experience. I give my full recommendation!

It was very exciting to find a service that would let me get foodstuffs from the UK. The first 2 times were excellent.
The third time I did not go through with my purchase. Why? Because I was put off by my interaction with customer service.
Everything was fine, prompt efficient response. As a suggestion though, we just want you to get our package and forward it. Don't tell me you won't send items that need refrigeration or any such negatives. We don't care. We know what we ordered. We just want you to forward it, your job. Don't tell me about anything negative. Obviously open it, check make sure no contraband. Other than that, forward it. I did not ask about refrigeration, etc, so don't tell me about it. Not your problem, it is my problem. So I didn't order again.

I put the correct address, weight and dimensions in the website before placing the order and it gave me about 20 pounds. However, when the shipment arrived it costed me 55 pounds to ship it. That's a very huge difference.

I'm thinking that you may have seen the budget untracked service on our website which offers a similar price to the amount you have stated for the size of package you have shipped however this service is only available for goods under the value of £20.

I see that the package you have shipped is higher in value than this amount therefore the service would not have been available to you seeing as the value of the goods were higher than this amount. Therefore you have chosen one of the fully tracked door to door courier services which was more expensive than this service.

I also see that the package was received from Amazon and this company do tend to ship goods in larger boxes than necessary, therefore we may have been able to reduce the size of the package for shipping via our combine and repack service. This service is available to our customers for a cost of £2 per package however this service can significantly reduce the cost of shipping if we are able to reduce the size of the shipping box.

I admit that I was initially skeptical about using forward2me since I hadn’t heard of them before and I found them during an internet search for shipping packages to the USA from the UK. A few adds for different companies showed up, so I did some research on each one and I felt that forward2me had the best customer service reviews. I made an account, was given my personal UK address, I chose to use their personal shopper service since I wanted to order an item off of an online shopping show that only had an item I was wanting on their UK website and they didn’t accept USA credit cards. I gave forward2me the detail information about the item I was wanting, they immediately contacted me about an error I had made concerning insurance on the item I was wanting and how forward2me works and helped me correct it. I paid them for the item I was wanting and for their personal shopper services. I was able to keep updated through their website on my order which was placed immediately. I started to get a little concerned when it seemed to be taking longer that I was expecting for my item to be shipped to my forward2me address from the online shopping company. I finally decided to contact forward2me about my concern and they contacted the online shipping company which gave them an estimate on when my item would be shipped to them. Forward2me received my item and contacted me to find out how I wanted to proceed with shipment. I chose my preferred shipping company and paid the fee to forward2me and my item was shipped immediately. I was able to track my package through the shipping companies provided tracking number as well as through forward2me website if needed. My package arrived as scheduled and in wonderful condition. I was very glad and satisfied that a took a chance on forward2me and will definitely use them again if needed.

Very happy returning customer here. I've forwarded four shipments to Denmark this year and every time Forward2me's service has been excellent. In at least one occasion they significantly improved the horrible packaging job done by the seller of some delicate instrument, at no extra cost nor delay and without even mentioning it.
This is by far the best company of this kind I've dealt with in the UK and anywhere else.

As a first time customer I couldn't be more satisfied. My parcel was delivered at their premises on Monday late afternoon. It was in my own hands on Wednesday morning!

I do see that there was an early delay with the delivery of your parcel however it appears from the tracking it does show that TNT did make up for the delay and attempted the delivery of your parcel on 22nd December however you were not available to receive this.

I know it is difficult to be available sometimes for deliveries and I know it must have been disappointing that you did not receive the delivery by Christmas however the tracking is now showing as delivered today 27.12.17. We do offer shipping via other couriers such as DHL and UPS to your country who make work better for you and provide a quicker transit time if required.
