Your service is excellent for someone like me living in Cyprus. The 1 month you give is just right to collect items before being sent. I have one serious complaint. Your price for combining items i.e. £10 is much too high.
If I have 3-4 high value items but small, which all you really do is bung them together the ten pounds makes a big difference. If sent by Amazon, it would cost me about 4x£8= £32. Now with you it goes to about £22+£10=£32.
So why use Foreward2me?

Completely uneccessary service that only delay's delivery and costs more than other carriers which I can normally book direct. Also results in a NON-EU resident paying 20%VAT when it should not be applicable. I have only used them as it was the only option with the UK supplier of these particular parts. I will avoid any supplier using this system in future
Hi,<br />Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on our service however we are disappointed with the review you have provided as we don't quite understand your issues with forward2me and the service we provide.<br />We would really appreciate if you would send over some clarification via email regarding the points you have mentioned to our Customer Care team at info@forward2me.com so we can then look into these issues to see how we could have helped you better.<br />We see that your parcel was received and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt and forward2me have not charged any vat on the services we have provided.<br />We're thinking that the 20% vat was charged by the seller however we had no involvement in the purchase of your goods so we are unsure how we could have helped with this. <br />Some retailers are able to sell goods ex-vat for goods purchased and being shipped outside of the EU if a proof of export is provided, we are able to provide this information in the way of a copy of the airway bill for your shipment and if you require this to help reclaim the vat please mention this in your email when you contact us.<br />We have many customers who find this service useful when UK or EU retailers do not ship to their country and feel that we offer a very efficient, value for money service. <br />We look forward to receiving further feedback by email and will certainly take into consideration any suggestions you have for us.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.<br /><br />
