Forward2me is great unless you get caught by the new Australian regulations... Hopefully they will negotiate to bring more shippers on board than just DHL and their dreaded GBP15 (AU$28) remote shipping fee!

Have used a few times and both times the service was easy to use and relatively quick to Hong Kong.
A shame they removed one of the cheaper courier options as that was more comparable to shipping direct from retailer. Will use again if retailers don't ship internationally.

I placed 3 orders and forward2me put them together to send me one package.It was easy system and it worth to use it,the shopping cost is a bit expensive.

Bad, completely stuffed up my order/delivery, tried to rip me off on duty taxes and keeping it for themselves, bad, bad, bad

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we offered you.<br />I see that you are based in Australia and that recently new GST laws have been applied to shipments being imported into your country.<br />We now require customers to upload their invoices to provide the value of goods being shipped as we need to charge GST on both the value of the goods and any charges applied by forward2me for processing and shipping your goods.<br />This is something very new to both our company and our customers, therefore we are striving to ensure everything works smoothly for our customers in Australian however with anything new there are teething problems from time to time.<br />We have now established that we do not need to charge GST on goods valued over $1000 AUD, the fee is charged by customs in Australia for these shipments however at the time when you shipped your goods our website didn't recognise this procedure and you were charged the GST on your goods in error. I believe the amount was refunded to you as soon as we were aware that we should not have charged this fee on your shipment and do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.<br />Please be assured this incorrect charge was not intentional and we would never try to rip anyone off, we are registered with the Australian authorities to collect and repay GST to them therefore any charges collected for this tax are not kept by forward2me.<br />Our website is now programmed to only charge GST on goods valued under $1000 AUD and therefore this issue should not arise again in the future.<br />I hope this helps explains the circumstances around the charge a little further for you and that you understand that things can go wrong from time to time however we did resolve this issue and refund the amount paid to you as soon as we were made aware of the overcharge.<br />If you have any further questions relating to this matter please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at info@forward2me.com and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

This is the best forwarding service period. They do an excellent job of repacking and getting you the best possible prices for shipping. Their system is very intuitive and thoughtful. I know when packages arrive, how much they weigh and what my options are for shipping. I am also informed about when items get shipped and where they are in the shipping process all the way up to them being delivered at my front door. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I use several freight forwards to buy worldwide and forward2me has the best options for delivery partners. Always fast delivery even for the cheaper options. This greatly influenced where I buy products from. If I can get them in the UK and use forward2me then that's always my first choice.

Prices were reasonable, about the same as I was going to get charged from the ebay seller. I wish there were more (less expensive) options, by the time I was done there was only DHL left.
Only gripe is that it took 20 mouse clicks to combine shipping and send my parcel. It would be better if I could send you guys my tracking numbers, preauthorize repackaging, and get an email when the items are ready to get shipped with estimates from various companies. This was an option with US to UK forwarders.

I am from Asia and I highly recommend forward2me for its trusted, reliable service. One of the best features is that there is no monthly fee/charges, so you only pay when you use its service to purchase products from the UK. After registering, you are given a UK address. This is the address you use for your UK online purchases. forward2me will notify you by e-mail when your shipment arrives and only then do you select and pay for shipment to your country. Really easy. There are options for courier service companies depending on one's budget. Product is well packaged and you can track the delivery. I am glad I found forward2me and will continue to use its service.

Hi Deema,<br />Many thanks for providing a review of our services however I'm sorry to see that you have given us a 1 star review as you feel our shipping fees are too expensive.<br />We feel that our shipping costs are competitive and offer good value for money. Shipping prices include the cost of transportation from the UK to your overseas address, the use of your UK address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping your goods.<br />We also offer full customer support whilst your parcel is with us and in transit.<br />Shipping costs are based on the actual space the consignment takes up in transit therefore if the items are quite bulky although they may only be light in weight the shipping costs are calculated by our couriers on the higher volume rather than the actual weight.
