I ordered a phone in February. Usually I order stuff using Amazon US and use different forwarding service, and I never had any problems with it. But this time I had to use Amazon UK and chosen Forward2Me as a forwarding service. I did not expect any issues and was wrong.
According to the photos from Forward2Me, the package was unsealed and underweight. Inside there was a charger and USB cable, but no phone.
I spent some time negotiating the issue with Amazon UK support and Forward2Me support, but no luck for me. Amazon Support point fingers to forwarding company, and Forward2Me advice me to talk with Amazon support.
I don't know what happened really. But now I know (learned the hard way) that if something will happen to the parcel contents, it will be unrecoverable.
Positive sides: Forward2Me support was polite

We understand your frustration regarding the missing smartphone. However, when we processed the package, we found only the charger and USB cable, the phone was not included. Every packages are being inspected and noted on the system their contents so the customer are notified with the items they received. Our UK warehouse team consists of trustworthy and professional individuals.
The amazon shipping label has the weight as 0.38kg but the weight recorded by the beehive(our machine) was only 0.19. As the package looked to arrive untaped on the beehive image it would indicate the phone was not in the package to begin with as it was under weight when it arrived. Our conclusions appears that either the courier or the seller did not deliver the correct items to our warehouse.
Since this issue occurred in February and it is now July, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this point.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience.

One of my packages in my inbox was assigned an erroneous content description and therefore was unable to be shipped. I emailed customer service, and about three hours later Joyce had already corrected the error, and my package was on its way to Switzerland.

Couriers like DHL and FedEx calculate their prices using this volumetric weight. However, if the actual weight exceeds the volumetric weight, the shipping price is based on the actual weight.
In this case, the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight, so the shipping fees are based on the volumetric weight of 2.54 kg.
It appears that you are using UPS for shipping from Germany to Japan, which is the most economical option we can offer from this warehouse, considering the weight of 2.17 kg and dimensions of 35x33x11 cm.

Unclear information on the website involving your "locked prices". I had sent my item to you after locking a price for "30days". I contacted a member of your staff to ask why I couldn't use my locked price to send my item. To which she was initally very responsive and told me she would email me back. I ended up just sending my package using the cheapest option because it took so long for forward2me to get back to me. I love your service. It has allowed me access to items from Europe very easily but I think your website it unclear and leads people to underestimating the cost of shipping.

This is the first time I am using a parcel forwarding service I had read a lot of reviews about this concept and finally zeroed in on Forward2Me because of the value for money services like Lite and Lite X which are the most affordable way to send parcels from UK to other countries.
Their website is well designed, mobile friendly, and easy to understand the concept of how package forwading works. The support service via email is good because they do respond to the queries within 1 or 2 days. They can improve on this and be more specific on the issues. I had interacted with them even before creating an account. During the time period from ordering the product to their warehouse and the delivery to my location, I got good support from the customer service team and Joyce was handling most of the queries.
They provide other services too like taking photos, combine and repack, etc and options to choose from multiple courier companies which provide faster delivery. This is quite expensive and makes sense only if sending a higher value item or if want to receive multiple packages in a single shipment.
Two things which they can improve on:
1) Integrate a Live chat support. This can allow people to clear the doubts very fast without waiting for email.
2) Provide Lite and Lite X service from other warehouse locations such as USA, Germany, Japan, etc.
So, overall a good experience, and found their service to be trustworthy.

UPDATE: My package arrived just like Kat said it would. I was skeptical and concerned to pay in advance and have the product shipped to an address I had no idea if it was legitimate. This is why I constantly stayed in contact with Kat with over 50 communications and she was professional and understanding every time and updated me and comforted me that everything is going as planned. Finally, the rate they charged me for a two day delivery from Tokyo to the US was very reasonable. I am so happy I made the decision to trust forward2me.

I bought my items on 26/04/2025 in USA and used my Wilmington, Delaware address for forwarding. Parcel arrived In my country (Botswana) by June 6th, and were ready for pickup by June 8th. Shipping for 1.3kg was just about US$42. I was uneasy at first because there was no update to my tracking for about a month but their support personnel,NICA, was in touch regularly, and updated me constantly until the item delivered. Goods arrived in great shape. 2nd time user.
I used their UK- Botswana forward from Lancashire in August 2023 and my parcel arrived in about 7 days. That was a total of 12 days including buying, forwarding, custom clearance and delivery. similar weight and dimensions but pricing for shipping was about £29 in that instant.
