I have mixed feelings. From one side, the first order was ok, everything worked as promised. On the other, I reordered the same 3 things to forward it to the same adres, being pretty relaxed that this will go with no problems. But this time, my packages turned out be bigger, and heavier - all 3 off them! When I asked them to re-measure, they told me that they did. It took a couple of mails for them to actually do it, but they did it only for 2 out of 3 packages. Also, they didn't correct the weight. Furthermore, they blocked 2 of my packages with no information why they are doing it. Only when I reached to them, they informed me, that they stopped it, cause they suddenly cannot take responsibility for sending my packages any other way than on pallet - which is more expensive. This is all very confusing and stressful to have such an experience - even though the first time was ok, now it is far from ok :( This is makes me sad, cause I though i can recommend them to buy goods from GB retailers who have good prices but discriminate UE citizens (which is illegal btw), but I need to look for more reliable alternative for next time.

Foward2me is an awesome 3rd party mail forwarding center that helped me order online from a u.k. based company that per their business / company policy doesnt ship to the u.s. (damn *******!) Anyway forward2me made it possible for me to have item shipped to their address in the u.k. , which they then promptly sent to me via dhl and usps!! My order arrived right on time as expected! The cheap shipment options give no choice to combine packages and I ended up paying for two shipments. Still, the total cost was a bit cheaper than other offers, some of them outrageous.

Un petit peu long (environ 10jours)pour la livraison mais sûrement dû à la période des fêtes.
Pour l'option de repackaging c'est utile mais il faudrait faire deux paquets de 1kg au lieu de un paquet de 2kgs ça semble l'option moins cher.
