Your service is excellent for someone like me living in Cyprus. The 1 month you give is just right to collect items before being sent. I have one serious complaint. Your price for combining items i.e. £10 is much too high.

If I have 3-4 high value items but small, which all you really do is bung them together the ten pounds makes a big difference. If sent by Amazon, it would cost me about 4x£8= £32. Now with you it goes to about £22+£10=£32.

So why use Foreward2me?

Completely uneccessary service that only delay's delivery and costs more than other carriers which I can normally book direct. Also results in a NON-EU resident paying 20%VAT when it should not be applicable. I have only used them as it was the only option with the UK supplier of these particular parts. I will avoid any supplier using this system in future

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the shipping rates are a bit on the higher side. I also have a MyUS account and they charge based on the shipping weight regardless of how big the box is. However, on the plus side, emails once a package is received are very quick and the packaging quality is also very satisfactory. Consolidation times for multiple packages are also very quick. Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Simple and clear terms, no recurring fees, no silly subscription fees or conditions, good choice of couriers and shipping types with fair prices, excellent customer service and, very important, extremely quick service (my parcel has been shipped to me just a few hours after it has been received by forward2me).

A very useful service:
1. I have used the 30 day free holding service when I knew there would be no-one home to sign for packages when I was on holiday abroad.
2.The obvious, being able to buy online from sellers who only ship within the UK.
(I am based in Ireland).
3. The combine and ship saves a fortune as often sellers ship free or very cheaply within the UK, (even if they do ship abroad), but as soon as its to ship abroad its an extra £10.
4.With the combine and ship, you have to be home to receive 1 delivery, not umpteen deliveries across several days.

It's a convenience that pays for itself.

Forward2Me helped me to locate a parcel which had gone missing in transit. They went above and beyond the call of duty to try to locate my parcel and to assist me. When we thought the parcel couldn't be found, they even lodged a claim for compensation on my behalf. Customer care was second-to-none. Excellent service.
