The site and service was easy to use. I received notification that my package had arrived at forwardtome, and they shipped the package to me as soon as I had made the payment. They were helpful when I contacted them with a question and responded right away. I would use them any time that I need to order products from the UK.

My package arrived in Australia without an invoice ( this is clearly something which should be clearly visible on else the package will get delayed at customs which is what happened).
They had provided the value of the articles on the package which was wrong ( did not agree with the invoice in the package) and caused further delay.
Lastly they ship items non duty paid which causes further delays and administrative time.
I paid a lot of money for this shipping service and only got administrative errors and delays causing me to question why I would pay fees.

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback however I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues clearing your goods through customs in your country.<br />I will do my best to explain how our shipping process works which may answer some of the queries you have mentioned in your review.<br />I see that you have first of all mentioned that there was no commercial invoice on your shipment on arrival in Australia, all our systems are integrated with our couriers and overall commercial invoices are now sent over to customs electronically therefore a paper copy is not required on the package. This is so clearance can be initated by the courier with customs before they even receive the parcel and speed up the overall process.<br />With regards to the declared value of the package, for all our customers shipping to Australia we need to obtain a copy of the invoice from the customer for approval prior to shipping for GST purposes. I see that you have uploaded an invoice and we have declared the correct value of this invoice on the commercial invoice when your goods have been shipped. The declared value includes the cost of the goods shipped plus any shipping cost to your forward2me address.<br />Since July last year when new laws for GST were introduced by the Australian government we registered for GST with the Australian Authorities. For shipments under the value of $1000 AUD we now charge the customer before shipping for the 10% GST on both the Goods value and the shipping fee we charge. If the shipment is over $1000 AUD we charge GST on the shipping fee however GST, import duty and taxes payable on the shipment are levied by the Australian Government on receipt and clearance in Australia.<br />I hope I have answered all your questions fully however if there is anything else you would like to ask please don't hesitate to get in touch with me at info@forward2me.com and I will be very happy to help you further.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

Die Anmeldung ist sehr einfach und schnell erledigt. Die UK-Adresse kann man überall für Einkäufe in UK benutzen. Ein sehr guter Service ist, dass Pakete kostenlos 30 Tage gelagert werden können (danach entfallen geringe Lagergebühren). Dadurch kann man mehrere Bestellungen zusammen sammeln und sie als ein Paket nach Deutschland schicken lassen. Ausserdem hat man die Auswahl mit welchem Versender man das Paket nach Deutschland bekommen möchte. Ich kann diesen Anbieter nur sehr empfehlen (was ich auch schon getan habe).

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm really sorry we have been unable to ship the items on this occasion which resulted in you sending the parcel to another UK address for forwarding to your country.<br />I see that the parcel in question contained medication and although we are now accredited to ship some medications received from reputable pharmacies within the EU via our approved couriers sometimes when products are initially received from outside of the EU without the correct paperwork attached we are unable to forward them for our customers.<br />Please accept my sincere apololgies that this was the case on this occsion and for the inconvenience this has caused you.
