Very nice & intuitive. When a parcel arrives, they send an email. Before sending it to a final destination, it is possible to repack & optimize multiple parcels into one. Also there are several delivery options to choose from (DHL, UPS, etc.).
I ordered goods from three different stores in UK, all arrived to the address provided by forward2me; I could even see a photo of each parcel at the website. It took just a few minutes to send them all together to a final destination.

After looking for a forwarding service that could ship dangerous goods (perfumes) from UK to mainland EU, I found Forward2me was the best and maybe the only option!
So for my first time, I trusted them with a £2500 worth shipment of fine fragrances and boy was I NOT disapointed in any way!!!
They answered all my inquiries (both by phone and a lot of emails) so clearly and so politely!!! I wish all Customer Services were like this!
I received my shipment in pristine conditions very quickly and I'm so HAPPY!!!
I'm now in the course of another perfumes shipment! And I guess there'll be many more!
I recommend Forward2me to everybody!

Unknown Shipment Details
Was wary of using any package forwarding service in the first place but their customer service changed my mind. They were very responsive and kind. 1. It saved me a lot of money especially since the store I bought from had extremely high shipping rates 2. My shipment arrived in 7 business days (early) I'm beyond impressed with their service and how smooth the process was. Honestly I'm just really surprised. Will definitely use their service again!
