Hi Owen,Many thanks for your taking the time to review our services.I'm really sorry that your first experience using forward2me has not been as expected. I see that there has been some confusion over the receipt of your order placed with John Lewis due to them sending the goods in two parcels instead of the expected one.When we book a parcel to a customers account it is very important they ensure that they check that all the contents are present before going ahead with shipping the items. If it is found that the incorrect amount of items are showing on the parcel description we can then look at this further to ensure there has not been a processing error on our side and can investigate this further.Unfortunately on this occasion it appears that you had not noticed that only one item was showing when the first parcel was shipped and due to a processing error at our end the second parcel was not showing on your account.I do sincerely apologise for the extra cost this has caused you due to the processing error, please be assured that these kind of incidents are very rare however from time to time mistakes are made due to human error.We hope you will consider using our services again going forward and if you would like to discuss this personally with me I will be very happy to receive an email to our Customer Service email info@forward2me.com.Kind Regards,Tracy.Customer Service Supervisor.
