Hi,Many thanks for your feedback however we're disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service we offer and that are prices are not competitve.We do feel that we offer a premium service to our customers and work with our couriers on a regular basis to provide our customers with competitive rates for shipping.We have taken a look at the three shipments you have had with us and see that your first shipment was most expensive with the two latest ones being cheaper. This is due to the volumetric weight of the first parcel being higher than the following two shipments.The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.When shipping in the UK couriers charge on the actual weight rather than the volumetric weight therefore parcels often arrive with us in much larger boxes or packages than required for shipping overseas.So we can help our customers reduce the size of their packages to ensure they have maximum value for shipping we offer a combine and repack service. Customer can select this option before shipping and our warehouse team will reduce the parcel in question or combine a numbers of packages to reduce the overall shipping cost. I think it would be better if you knew the shipping costs in advance. When calculating the cost of shipping our couriers base this on the amount of space the shipment takes up especially when shipping by air. The process was simple and fast. I wanted to buy a limited edition shirt and sweater from a UK site that doesn't ship to mainland Europe. I signed up with Forward2me for free and had my purchase mailed to their address. They let me know when my package arrived at their UK warehouse within an hour of it arriving , and then let me pick from several shipping companies. I paid £25.46 for tracked shipping , for a package weighing 0.6kg. I paid within an hour of them giving notice , and they shipped my package out to me that same day. Meaning they had my items mere hours. Everything arrived in perfect order. They opened the clothes' packaging to check them for prohibited materials , as they stated they would , but everything was carefully repackaged. A professional company that delivered exactly what they promised. I'm very happy with their service.

I used forward2me's forwarding service to purchase a coat from a UK only site. It was very easy to use and understand and the shipping rate to the US was reasonable.
