Had a wonderful experience using Forward2Me. Was given an address as soon as I created my account. Once they received my package, they will store it for up to 30 days, giving you time to decide on your shipping options. They gave me about 8 different options to ship to the United States. I chose a DHL option that wasn't the most expensive, but had my package here in 4 days. Amazing! The shipping was a little pricey, but it was worth it. I will definitely use this service again.

I have reshipped 3 pairs of shoes so far from the UK to the US. Service was amazing. Definitely cheaper to ship items together than individually. I even made a mistake on my first order with the zip code and Forward2me went above and beyond to help get the package delivered for me. Will continue to use them for all of my reshipping needs!! Packages arrived to my home promptly and in perfect condition. Thanks again!

Fik afsendt en pakke, forward2me kaldt den retur, ifølge kureren. ‘undersøgelsen’ om hvad der gik galt, trækkes i langdrag, og tvinger dermed folk til at betale for en ny forsendelse. Så har måtte betale 2 gange for at få en pakke.
Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback however disappointed that you are unhappy with the service provided by forward2me.<br />We see that your parcel was returned to us via DPD however this was out of our control and not at our request. I believe one of my colleagues has been in touch with you to advise that she has submitted a claim with DPD to obtain a refund for your original shipping costs and is currently awaiting the credit from the courier so we can compensate you fully for the first shipment.<br />I hope this helps explain the current situation and will assure you that we have no intention of forcing you to pay for two shipments.<br />Please don't hesitate to reply back to the current email trail if you have any further queries however my colleague will be in touch regarding the refund once we have received the funds from DPD.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

The experience with forward2me is very smooth. At first they give you assurance that packages ordered through them will arrive to you, also they include clients testimonials. Max next day after the package arrives, they notify you that they have your package. Then you should go on their site, choose the shipping company and pay the shipment price. Couriers are chosen very well and they have strict delivery timelines.

I have enjoyed the experience using Forward2me. I would definitely recommend this forwarding service to anyone in need of one. Not to mention their customer service is awesome. I had a typo in my delivery address and so I reached out and although the package had already left their possession, and I had adjusted through the carriers website, they still contacted the carrier to double check. This is a great service when you can't access an item from Australia and you have to have it!. Forward2me process your parcel very quickly (they even give you a photo of the box on the scales) and they have to deal with invoices and the new GST requirements. The courier is a bit expensive but it is a very fast and reliable service. It's excellent knowing it all works so smoothly.

Shipping cost is too high. Not much choice of cheaper shipping services to Australia. I don’t need fast shipping service, just service that will arrive at destination in less than a month.
Thank you for the feedback. When Australia implemented GST for low value goods in summer 2018 we had to cut back the number of couriers to the ones that properly supported the GST declaration. DHL were first, then UPS. We've just implemented it for TNT for Australia this week - we're waiting for implementation details from other couriers but will deploy them as soon as they are ready. I'm hopeful the TNT option should help bring costs down for you.<br />Best regards,Lee.
