I see that you are interested in shipping via an untracked service, we do offer a budget untracked service however the mail operators restrict this service to goods which have a value of £20 or less and weigh less than 2kg. There are also restrictions on size of the package which is a maximum of 90 cm in total with one side of the package being under 60 cm.I see that you used our tracked postal service via P2P this is the next best service to the untracked option we offer.Our other services are fully tracked premium door to door services which are very popular with our customers and we feel that the prices we offer for these services are very competitve for the service we offer. We not only provide shipping, we offer a UK address, accept, process, store and dispatch your parcel within this price including any export paperwork required. We also offer full customer service from the receipt of your parcel to the delivery for all tracked services.Many of our customers choose to purchase a number of items within a period of time, we offer free storage of a parcel for 30 days from receipt. It was easy to understand how the system works. Once I had ordered there was good communication. My order was repacked and arrived safely. It's a really good service, and meant that I could order goods from Britain without having to bother my relatives. Postage is expensive but that's not your fault!

I highly recommend Forward2me as the shipping, although a little pricey is well worth it. It is fast delivery and very well packed. I ordered clothes for delivery to Cyprus and they were not even wrinkled.

It showed less expensive options initially. THEN i had ONLY the option to go for DHL services that I did not need and that were Very expensive. I purchased just a watch and paid a lot more compared to what I pay for a freaking bag with lots of shoes and clothes from SportsDirect or tyres, bicycle parts and lots of bicycle accessories on other websites, also delivered with express shipping. Also, had problems with stupid DHL office in my country but that is not your problem I guess.
Your service is misleading as it shows initially options that are unavailable later on and your services are VERY expensive. Sorry, never again, I made a mistake.
