These guys know what customer service means. They always look for the best price for me when it comes to shipping and give me super advice. Fast response times, All perfect! Have used many other shipping forwarding companies, but these chaps stand out from the rest. Everything packaged well, when repacking service used, no crushed moc's etc. Very happy customer!

The shipping rate is a bit too high

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm really sorry we have been unable to ship the items on this occasion which resulted in you sending the parcel to another UK address for forwarding to your country.<br />I see that the parcel in question contained medication and although we are now accredited to ship some medications received from reputable pharmacies within the EU via our approved couriers sometimes when products are initially received from outside of the EU without the correct paperwork attached we are unable to forward them for our customers.<br />Please accept my sincere apololgies that this was the case on this occsion and for the inconvenience this has caused you. It was the very first time of using their service. Yet they made me feel like I’m living in the UK whilst I was so far away. The service over the telephone of some information I needed whilst each of my parcels were arriving at their warehouse was so customer service perfect.
I have been ordering books direct from Amazon and they would take months to arrive, yet this around I received my orders in three days or so after dispatch.
I will recommend Forward2me to anyone any time. It is my well considered view that probably not many people know about the company. It should put more word out about it’s services to other parts of the world. I guess more orders will come their way.

Packet service deserves 5 stars
BUT afterwards I received "an offer of 50% discount" for leaving feeback -> THIS deserves 1 star or even NULL star, because this discount is an absolute LIE -> I did feedback last time and offer NEVER appeared.
This time my feeback doesn't looks for an VOID offer but justice in vote -> if you mixture good service with span ofters after service you receive ONLY 2 stars.
