I had a great experience with Forward2Me, especially with the help of Honey-Maricris from the USA warehouse. She went above and beyond to help me track down two missing parcels, and thanks to her effort and clear communication, both were successfully found.

UPDATE - I was contacted by a helpful person who solved the problem. I just received my package, which I had asked to be combined from the two that were shipped originally from the seller. Repackaging fee was very reasonable, it did take time, understandably, but I was updated regularly about how many were in line ahead of me. So I found that quite all right. They were very honest about being busy and that there might be some delays. And if anything the packaging was too solid :). The time is took to get here was also quite short. So, I am updating this review. Apart from the glitch in the beginning, I am very happy with the experience and can recommend it.
I am using this service for the first time. I all sounded so easy. I ordered 3 items from a store in the US, intending to have the order sent on one package to forward2me and then on to me in Europe.. They (for some reason) sent the items in 2 packages. They arrived on the same day (over a week ago) to forward2me. Now one is ready to be shipped and one is still being processed. I think I did everything correctly, but for some reason this one package is just stuck in being processed and I have no way of asking for the two to be combined. I did contact customer service with a question, but they just sent a general answer about being busy. So I replied and got a post that seemed to say "you've sent more than 1 post about this and now we are annoyed with you and won't answer you".
I honestly don't know what is going on. I don't seem to be able to do anything on the website other than just ask for the one "ready" package to be sent to me. I only have one invoice for the two packages and I just honestly don't understand what I'm supposed to do. And I get no answers from customer service!

A small battery in the package caused a delay of more than two days. Anytime something needs contacting support it's a nightmare. In top of that i was charge 100 eur extra fir this battery. This is ridiculous. Following previous situations involving a medicine i needed in Greece and others I have no enough. I will not use forward2me again. The end.

I would like to clarify why dangerous goods (DG) batteries are not automatically processed in our system. These shipments require special handling and strict regulatory compliance due to safety risks such as fire, leakage, or chemical hazards. Each battery shipment must be assessed individually to ensure:
Proper classification of the battery type
Correct packaging according to international safety standards
Compliance with carrier requirements, as not all couriers accept DG batteries and some require additional documentation
Because of these factors, each DG battery shipment is manually reviewed before it is approved and dispatched. This careful assessment is necessary to ensure the safety of your shipment and compliance with all regulations.

My shipment with Forward2me UK at the Garstang, Lancashire warehouse was FANTASTIC! Jus, the primary Specialist coordinating the arrangements for my parcel, was extremely helpful and professional in every interaction. I received regular, timely updates, and all aspects of the process including researching shipping restrictions, providing a cost estimate, re-packaging, and fast dispatch with appropriate documentation and markings, were handled 100% perfectly by Jus. This company consistently, consistently delivers horrible customer service. They are always slow to process and ship packages and even when you contact them, they are slow to respond to emails. Don't use this company if you are in the United States. They are now asking customers for their Social Security Numbers before they can ship your package. That is a big invasion of privacy for US residents. No other company in the UK asks US residents for their Social Security Number.
They didn't even warn customers that their new policy requests this information, so my package is now stuck with them. I can't send t back to the retailers and they are not forwarding it to the US. An inept company with non-existent customer service.

The shipping fee initially quoted and the shipping fee actually charged are significantly different. What's more, even when I sent a questionnaire, I received no response whatsoever.
Forward2me is a truly dishonest forwarding company. Germans are said to follow the rules, but I was disappointed with their response.
It's tantamount to a scam.
I'll never use forward2me again.

Dimensions: 34.00 × 30.00 × 42.50 cm
However, once your package arrived and was measured in our warehouse, the actual details differed:
Final Weight: 11.95 kg (volumetric weight applied: 16.81 kg)
Dimensions: 50 × 41 × 41 cm
Because the actual size and weight exceeded the details used to generate your original locked price, the courier’s system automatically recalculated the charge based on the higher volumetric weight. Unfortunately, this meant the locked quotation could no longer apply.

She is true gem, dedicated, professional and most importantly effective in her work. I wasn’t sure if a poster needed repacking to ensure it didn’t get damaged on way to UK so I opted to give the site a call and spoke to Nica and expressed my concerns. Nica said she would check with the team and let me know.
I very quickly got a reply back confirming my suspicions.
Nica instructed the team to repack for me ensuring safest transportation as per their usual standard and my parcel is now shipped and on its way here.
