Easy delivery to “my address” in the UK. I got a prompt mail upon receipt with a photo of the package on a scale. Redirecting was a breeze, I selected DPD and received the package at my real address within 3 days. Will definitely do this again!

Outrages Customer Service and obsolete infrastructure

Shipping, some factory sealed iPhones only x3 and the company have decided to mark them as dangerous goods, despite them being perfectly safe for shipment since Friday, I have been requesting a label to which I have not been getting any response as of today all I was told is that they’re going to make an invoice for me to pay nothing since Saturday early morning and it’s now Tuesday nobody is ever on the phone lines on the WhatsApp is also dead.
Other companies have automatic systems, even if something has a battery it will automatically choose a shipping line that suits best.

The delivery has failed 2x before it finally succeeded. It seems that the warehouse in Germany did not know how to check for the Amazon One-Time Password.

Had to call the UK number and a support team member Aimee contacted the warehouse in Germany and made them aware that they have to use the One-Time Password for Amazon delivery.

Great service if you want to shop in the UK and the store you bought from does not offer the shipment to your Country.
30 days of free storage are very nice so I can make multiple purchases and then ship them together saving on shipment costs.
I often use "combine & repack" option, and all the parcels have been prepared with great care (specisl thanks to Charlie, Graham who have assembled my packages lately and to Joyce and Jhe from customer care who were very helpful ;) )

I wrote a really bad review about this company, and I have to apologize. I was given some erroneous information by a UPS employee. I should have waited for the experience to finish before I wrote a review, but I was upset at the time. I am expecting my package tomorrow, which means hopefully everything went as planned. I wish there would have been more information so I would not have felt so lost during the entire process, but the bad review was my fault! As far as I can tell, at this point,

We noticed that you ship your goods as DAP, unfortunately, we currently dont offer Delivery duty paid with UPS right now, we only offer this via FedEx and DHL to the USA.

As you use UPS, UPS has faced major delays for U.S.-bound shipments because of new customs requirements. Thousands of packages are being held at UPS hubs, and in some cases, packages cannot clear customs due to missing or incomplete paperwork.

Forward2Me handles shipping and forwarding, but customs clearance is managed by UPS and U.S. Customs. We cannot control customs processing times or requirements.

Most packages (over 90%) clear customs the same day they arrive at UPS hubs. The remaining shipments may take several days or weeks depending on paperwork completeness, inspections, and duty payments.

The entire communication went smoothly even when I had several questions about my order. Since I was sending fragile goods, I was unsure if everything would arrive unbroken, but everything arrived intact. Also, the delivery to my home address was very fast and fairly cheap (I could have chosen a cheaper option, but because of the fragile items, I didn't).

Aimee was always a great help. But this time, the Japan team left a bad taste in the overall experience even with the extra effort put in by Aimee to repack parcels for saving. There were far too many back and forth to get the message across that the Japan team didn't lift a finger to 'repack for saving' even there was a fee charged.

The carton box was excessively large for the contents, a whopping 29kg volumetric dimensions, where the contents can be repacked into nothing over 3kg volumetric dimension.

Japan side only manage to reduce it down to 19kg volumetric dimensions. There were just too much painful back and forth slow communication without actionable results from the Japan team with an amateur effort of reducing the dimensions, leaving plenty of empty space in the carton box as pictured. Totally avoidable, time and cost saved if they know what they are doing over at the Japan warehouse.

Great customer service helping me figure out FDA required forms and how to deal with new US required duties and tariffs on UK beauty products. Joyce at the UK warehouse was very responsive to my questions plus provided helpful hints on selecting shipping vendors Appreciate the service the company provides to get international products I like. Not the companies fault that the US is charging increased duties and tariffs and just before the holidays.

Despite requiring content and details of the package and opening these, the provided quote was 6 times less than the amount due to the carrier (here UPS). In the meantime, because of taht, the package was blocked and no information nor help provided until resolution from my side with UPS (taht had no contact details on the package); A MESS WITH A HUGE DELAY. Parcel received too late at enormous unanticipated cost.

Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe in England einen Adventskalender mit Kosmetik/ Parfüm bestellt und nutzte den Lieferservice für die Weiterleitung nach Deutschland. Zunächst war das Paket nicht auffindbar und man verwies mich an den Absender. Ich konnte nachweisen, dass die Lieferung an das Lager erfolgt ist, mit Beweisfoto . Dann teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket nun gefunden wurde, aber das es sich um gefährliche Güter handelt, die nun umverpackt werden müssen, zusätzlich würden Kosten von über 100 € anfallen, allerdings befinde ich mich leider in der Warteschleife mit über 400 Paketen vor meinem. Es befinden sich im Kalender 4 Fläschchen Parfüm mit jeweils 10 ml, mit innen und außen- Verpackung, es fällt somit unter die LW-Kennzeichnung = Kleinmengenregelung. Seit über 3 Wochen liegt es jetzt dort. Ich habe bei einem anderen Händler in England einen Adventskalender mit nahezu identischen Produkten bestellt, der direkt nach Deutschland geschickt wurde, ohne Umweg, ohne Zusatzkosten, keine Deklaration als Gefahrengut. Ich glaube, bei Forward2me wird man richtig abgezockt. Nie wieder!!!

Recently had an issue regarding a wrong extra charge on my account, which, unfortunately, took almost a week to solve, BUT, upon analysis, F2me ended up nicely by refunding me what was extra charged. No big deal, no discussions, no stress.

I used to love their service because I was able to order from the UK without having to be in the UK.

Then they had to repack my package and charged me extra because they knew I needed the package.

Over 210€ to ship two battery toys (literally plushies) and 2 small bottles of nail polish.

I'll definitely not use their service again.

At first the customer service gave wrong info regarding the cross border method and returns free or no but then hours later I was contacted by the customer service manager which made the info much clearer and also compensated me. I duducted one star since the cross border method is not so cheap and the basic royal mail method has no tracking and is long. In addition the wrong info made me needsly tensed for hours. the usa warehouse 'i encountered only expensive fedex and dhl options so i will use the other countries when needed

My last shipment from you guys was the worst you've ever shipped to me before. One thing you guys sent me a email saying that the package of the two lava lamps were leaking a little. I asked you to send me a picture and you did. There is very little liquid that leaked out. I told you just to repackage it and send it and you did. The box that you sent me was a slim box that was only two pieces of little paper for packaging that was supposed to protect it. Which was lousy packaging and you never should have sent it in a slim box so it can be tossed around everywhere. Plus when I buy lava lamps from UK you guys always package it very well and make sure the top of the lava lamp cap is screwed on tightly and has an extra coating of protection on the top and a plastic bag that goes over the whole lava lamp. This time you did nothing of that. When I got the bottles to me you never secured the top of the screw of the cap it was loose and you never tightened it and put protection on top of it which pissed me off and you're repackaging was horrible there was hardly no repackaging done just placed in a slim box and it was terrible. I've had a lot of things shipped from you guys and you guys always did a fantastic job. But this time it was the worst and if it would have been broken it would have been because you guys put it in a slim box with no protection or paper to protect it or a plastic bag over the bottle and a plastic covering over the cap. Don't know why if you knew that the liquid was leaking why wouldn't you have tighten the top cap of the lava lamp and put an extra piece on there with tape like you've done it before which gets it from not leaking out. You guys knowing the problem but you never fixed the problem or helped it so it wouldn't leak anymore. Very disappointed in your service and the way that you are doing things with simple stuff like this. Makes me question if I should look somewhere else to ship my items.

1- You don’t open the packages and take photos, so we can’t see whether the items are damaged or not.
2- Even for small or simple items, the package consolidation fee is fixed. It should be more affordable for smaller packages.

Throughout the process, their communication was clear, prompt, and always friendly—making what could have been a stressful situation feel entirely manageable.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading and Greedy!
Their website is deceptive and deliberately underestimates shipping costs. I had six small orders sent to their German warehouse, which they moved to Poland without my consent to cut their own costs.

Here’s what I was charged:
• Repack fee (6 orders): €18 – fair enough.
• DHL Economy shipping: €45.93 – outrageous!
• Plus €14 in extra fees because they didn’t offer prepaid taxes.

A 3 kg parcel from Germany to the UK normally costs around €20 with express shipping — Forward2Me charged nearly three times more.

As of 3rd of October parcel is still stuck in Poland after paying custom duties.

Avoid this company — misleading pricing, hidden fees, and zero transparency. Totally out of touch with reality.

Forward2me operates a warehouse in Germany where each customer has their own unique German address. When your packages arrive there, they are received and logged by our German team — you receive an email notification at that stage confirming the delivery to your German address.

After that, and without any additional cost or delay to you, your parcel is transported by our own staff and vehicles to our main processing facility in Poland — just 10 minutes away across the Oder River. This setup allows us to offer faster handling and more efficient international shipping rates while still providing you with a genuine German address for your shopping.

This cross-border logistics model is fully compliant within the EU single market and is also used by major retailers such as Amazon and Zalando to serve their German customers.

We understand how this might seem unexpected if you weren’t aware of how closely integrated our German and Polish operations are, but please be assured this process is designed to provide the best possible service and pricing for our customers.

My 1st time using this company was a mixed experience. Here are my lessons learned:

1. Make sure you begin the repacking option early- there were over 400 packages in queue,and it took a couple days. You may run into unexpected storage fees waiting for the repacking if you are already nearly at 30 days.

2. If part of a shipment arrives broken, you won’t be able to add this to the rest of your packages. The broken mug was not their fault, but it resulted in this shipment being in some sort of untouchable limbo. Several times I asked for a broken mug to be tossed, and the intact mug to be moved into the “ready” section and added to my entire shipment. When they did move it from the “review” section to “ready” section, it was now packed separately and I wasn’t allowed to add it as part of the reboxing of all my packages.

I would have had to pay an extra £40 to £50 to ship this one mug! Very strange since my reboxing of 11 packages, including several other mugs and many puzzles, only cost £26 to ship. Sadly I had to dispose of this mug to avoid the incredible shipping fees.

If everything goes smoothly, it’s a great online system that keeps you updated along the way. If something goes off track, it’s very hard to feel listened to and have a simple issue fixed.

I’m not sure if I will be back or not. At least I only had to loose one mug!

UPDATE: They reached out to me and shipped me my lone mug. I’m grateful for their help. Hopefully I don’t get charged a second duty fee. It would have been much better if everything had simply been shipped together.

UPDATE - I was contacted by a helpful person who solved the problem. I just received my package, which I had asked to be combined from the two that were shipped originally from the seller. Repackaging fee was very reasonable, it did take time, understandably, but I was updated regularly about how many were in line ahead of me. So I found that quite all right. They were very honest about being busy and that there might be some delays. And if anything the packaging was too solid :). The time is took to get here was also quite short. So, I am updating this review. Apart from the glitch in the beginning, I am very happy with the experience and can recommend it.

I am using this service for the first time. I all sounded so easy. I ordered 3 items from a store in the US, intending to have the order sent on one package to forward2me and then on to me in Europe.. They (for some reason) sent the items in 2 packages. They arrived on the same day (over a week ago) to forward2me. Now one is ready to be shipped and one is still being processed. I think I did everything correctly, but for some reason this one package is just stuck in being processed and I have no way of asking for the two to be combined. I did contact customer service with a question, but they just sent a general answer about being busy. So I replied and got a post that seemed to say "you've sent more than 1 post about this and now we are annoyed with you and won't answer you".
I honestly don't know what is going on. I don't seem to be able to do anything on the website other than just ask for the one "ready" package to be sent to me. I only have one invoice for the two packages and I just honestly don't understand what I'm supposed to do. And I get no answers from customer service!
