So what is the Buy with Confidence accreditation and what does it mean for our customers?

What is the Buy with Confidence Scheme?

The Buy with Confidence scheme was set up by Trading Standards to clamp down on rogue traders and allow consumers to easily identify those retailers and services that they can trust.

It’s the largest scheme of its kind in the country and to be recognised, businesses have to pass a series of rigorous background checks, including things such as complaint history, references from previous customers and thorough vetting from Trading Standards.

What This Means for Our Customers

So, what does this mean to you? Well, it means that you can be confident that when using our service, you can expect the highest level of service and that if any problems should arise, we’ll deal with them promptly and fairly and if we don’t, Trading Standards will hold us to account.

To pass all the necessary checks to receive this approval, we were heavily audited by a trading standards professional, who extensively checked our reviews, terms of trade, claims and refund policy and we’re happy to say that we passed these rigorous checks with flying colours!
