Beginning December 19, 2025, forward2me will take over all parcel-forwarding operations currently managed by myGermany. Both companies share a strong commitment to reliable, customer-friendly parcel forwarding from Germany and the EU, and this integration will provide global shoppers with enhanced support and improved shipping experience.
What Will Happen on December 19?
Here’s what myGermany customers can expect once the transition goes live:
- You will receive a new German shipping address from forward2me, which replaces your address from myGermany.
- Any packages already on their way to the myGermany address will still be handled without disruption.
- A 90-day overlap period will begin on December 19 to give you time to update your delivery address at your preferred retailers.
- Customers who have registered with both companies using the same email will see the two accounts automatically merged and will continue using their forward2me account.
- Parcels currently stored at the myGermany warehouse – provided they have been there for no longer than 180 days – will be eligible for shipment via forward2me.

Yes. If you're a registered myGermany customer, you will receive via email a new shipping German address managed by forward2me.
They will be processed as usual, without any change.
Following a 90-day transition period starting December 19, the myGermany address will no longer accept parcels. Your new forward2me account will replace it.
If you've registered with both myGermany and forward2me using the same email address, your accounts will be merged and your forward2me account will remain active.
forward2me will handle shipment of parcels stored at the myGermany warehouse no longer than 180 days.
