I have been a regular customer for years. And Forward2Me was always my go to choice. However the shipping prices are so outrageous right now that I can not recommend ever using the site. There are sites that will do the same shipment 5 to 10 times cheaper than Forward2Me

Long story short, I paid a total of €227.51 between their service, product and customs fees. When repackaging the package, which on their site was mandatory to send it, they broke it. Their support only offered me €80 refund, ridiculous! I opened a case through paypal hoping to get what's right.
Stay away from their service, they lure you with seemingly low costs and then add additional costs mandatory to ship the package to you.

The courier provides claim offer, and due to the protect + added, we have offered you the refund based on the declared values for your shipments. As per our Terms of Trade [https://www.forward2me.com/terms-of-trade/], specifically clause 11.3, the limits of liability at clause. The Protect+ Fee is calculated according to the declared value of the Goods and it is your responsibility to make an accurate declaration.

32 days of my package held at DHL at departure country and DHL refusdd to ship my package , DHL being a racist and unprofessional company,saying my name “raised a security alert” because my name is Mohammad. Very very very bad experience, the shipping prices are insanely expensive!!! I compared with other proxys or companies and no no noooo. Extremely expensive. I ask for help and they offer a compact shipping but with no protection!! I will never use this again. Be aware!! They said excuses like the size of the box etc. But no!! You need to check or you will lose all your customers!!!
