Customer service was great, they answered every query promptly, the process was easy and my product was delivered much quicker than I was expecting. But the delivery fees were too much - it cost the same as the product I had bought, so won't use again unless it's absolutely needed.

I initially had some issues with this company with respect to shipping medications from the UK. The first time it was a streamlined process and the courier delivered in a promptly manner. The second time it was sent with DHL and the medications were returned before they even left the UK. After discussing this with Forward2Me I was able to get a full refund for the shipping. I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.

Regarding the invoice uploading process, I understand that the recent changes may have caused some inconvenience for you, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the process.
Our updated invoice uploading system is designed to streamline the order fulfillment process and ensure accuracy. By filling out the details of your expected order and uploading a copy of the matching order confirmation from your account, we aim to automate the extraction of data from the invoice. This helps us prepare the contents of the package in advance, ensuring that everything is ready to go as soon as the physical order arrives at our warehouse from the retailer.
With regards to the shipping cost, we are now offering F2ME Cross Border services, this is the replacement of SMSA.
The Last Mile couriers for the FedEx Cross Border are as follows:
