My favorite freight forwarding company. They are responsive, polite and committed to getting things done. There have been a few minor snags here and there, but the important thing is that they have always responded and straightened it out. The prices and the process are quite reasonable, as well.

This was my first time using a forwarding service from Japan and I can't fault the experience. It was easy to understand what to do, the Forward2Me website was easy to use, the price reasonable all things considered, and my item arrived in perfect condition, quicker than I expected. I used Forward2Me to purchase a golf bag not available in the United States. They were very quick with processing the item when they received it, and sent it out to me the next day. It was a little expensive, but the service was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something you are unable to get in your home country.

Excellent customer support and got my delivery in a reasonable time frame. I was regularly notified on repacking. Importing is an expensive affair, so, it was good to have a service like forward2me handling it. They did make a mistake of mentioning me as a company instead of an individual which caused me some trouble with the customs. No other issues other than that.

F2M recommended my package should be repacked because the original box was not very strong. I hesitated but confirmed. When the package was arrived I was so pleased. Their new external packing was very strong and secure. Inside the original packing was indeed very weak and not suitable for international shipping. This is caring for their customer and I say thank you.

Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this

I rarely review things, but I wanted to review my experience here because I was skeptical. Could see potential for a scam very easily. But apparently not. My order (wallpaper) arrived at their warehouse, and it was packed, shipped, and arrived to me stateside within less than a week. The handling fee seemed quite reasonable compared to other companies I considered.

I have used forward to me again and again because I know I am in extremely trustworthy and efficient hands. The customer service team in particular needs special recognition. If something goes wrong or I need extra help or have a special request, they have always been kind, efficient, intelligent in their response and flexible - Aimee, Chris, Nico, Anna and others, they are all helpful and on top of things. Being an expat in Europe, having a great forwarding company makes life that little bit better and forward2me in my experience is one of the best.
