It was much more expensive than I expected. I also import from the US by using MYUS and even though it's far from my country I get much more cheaper prices. I would pay much more less if I sent my packages directly

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid for our services, the cost of shipping is generally calculated from the UK by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I'm sorry I cannot comment how other forwarding companies calculate their costs however the price paid for shipping includes a full service, the use of multiple free addresses for delivery, the acceptance and processing of your packages, 30 days free storage from arrival, preparation for shipping and all export documentation required for shipping.
We are unable to compete with retailers who offer their own shipping, this is often done at cost or at a loss as they cover their costs with the sale of the product, we just offer a service so need to cover our costs within the shipping fees.

We do currently offer a 30 day free storage period for our customers so they can collate their parcels and repack them together to obtain the maximum value for shipping. Also we offer the free address service and don't charge a monthly or annual fee like many other forwarding companies charge.

Easy to use and quick. The items are always repacked with care. I would like to see more options for shippers DHL is the best option in israel.
My packages always arrive on time but UPS tends to tag on additional charges. Above vat and customs that is.

Excellent service, they answered all my questions through email within a day and were very informative. Once my package arrived at their location it was shipped the same day and arrived to me in the US 4 days later (Thursday-Monday) which was extremely fast. The price was very reasonable and the package arrived in perfect condition. Would definity use formward2me again.

They are reliable and offer a great service. No complaints toward the service quality, response time and easiness of use. But the pricing is quite high. They should also offer services other than express. I wouldn't have minded receiving my package a few weeks later yet the only option was to pay premium to get it in 3 days.

First, I want to commend customer support for speedy assistance and willingness to resolve issues.
But the shipping feature is broken in my opinion and ludicrously expensive.
I have had myus.com in the USA and never did I accidentally commit to ship a package. The user interface needs a step between getting a "quote" from DHL and commiting to ship. Or an option to undo shipping within a certain timeframe. This really *****. I doubt that I will be using this service again.

I see on this occasion although you took advantage of our combine and repack service to help lower the cost of shipping because the actual weight was higher than the volumetric weight we were unable to lower the shipping cost by reducing the overall size of the package.
Many of our customers tend to take advantage of their 30 days free storage period and combine a number of parcels together to ensure that they obtain maximum value for shipping, this may be something you consider going forward.
Please contact our Customer Service team at any time if you are unhappy with the service offered and we will be very pleased to guide you on the most cost effect way of shipping.
